Beautiful 120m2 apartment in LAMA

Very nice apartment located in the picturesque village of Lama in Balagne.

This accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 in 90), a vaulted living room, a bathroom (washing machine) and an equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
It has a large terrace and a sunny garden with sea views, a barbecue and garden furniture for pleasant moments.

Cleaning (60 euro) and household linen (40 euro) are optional.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday

By its location, the village of Lama is ideally located to discover Balagne (Ostriconi beach 15min by car, Lozari beach, Ile -Rousse ...) and the center with Asco and its river, canyoning, via ferrata. ..
Lama has a municipal swimming pool open from July 1 to August 31 (5 minutes walk from the apartment) as well as two restaurants.

From 29/07 to 4/08 you can enjoy the film festival (several outdoor screenings in the village streets, workshop for children ...).

Äußerst komfortable und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber in wunderbar idyllischem, blumengeschmückten Bergdorf.Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse bis zum 20 Autominuten entfernten Strand des L'Ostriconi. In Lama zwei gute Restaurants und ein Auto, das 6 Tage in der Woche mit Backwaren kommt.Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter.

@Le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux dans sa location généreuse, très bien équipée et agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis ''chez nous''. Sehr schöne Unterkunft im wunderschönen Lama.

Unser Aufenthalt Ende März in Lama war toll. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Ort am Hang und man kann bis zum Meer schauen. 2 Wanderungen kann man direkt von Lama aus unternehmen und mit Auto bietet das Gebiet weitere Wandermöglichkeiten von den Bergen bis an die Küste.

Traumurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 4 Personen) waren das erste Mal auf Korsika und bewohnten zwei wunderbare Wochen diese Ferienwohnung. Ein Traum! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist groß und geräumig, sinn- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eisspender ist grandios. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Bei klarem Wetter sieht man die Wellen am Ostricconi Strand. Die Zufahrt ist jedoch, wie in einem korsischen Bergdorf zu erwarten, sehr eng und steil. Das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein, da auch der Parkplatz etwas abenteuerlich ist bzw. sind es halt ein paar Meter zu gehen. Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Merci

Schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Lama war angenehm. Wir waren zum dritten Mal da. Die engen Straßen von Lama und zur Wohnung sind eher etwas für geübte und unerschrockene Autofahrer. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider sehr eingeschränkt - aber vorhanden.

Logement conforme à l'annonce dans le magnifique village de LAMA. Intérieur refait très agréable et bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur les collines et la mer au loin. Il manque peut être des transats pour profiter de cet endroit. L'accès peut sembler également un peu compliqué.

Super location !

Premier séjour en Corse du nord en famille avec nos enfants de 20 et 22 ans, et location parfaite ! Le logement est entièrement équipé, complètement neuf et nickel en terme de propreté. Nous avons profité tous les soirs des soleils couchant depuis la terrasse très agréable. Le village est très beau, il est très agréable de s'y promener et on y trouve des "petites surprises" à moins de 20m de la maison. Le départ de la petite randonnée pour rejoindre le village d'Urtaca (1h45 aller/retour) est au pieds de la maison. La localisation est parfaite (25mn de la plage, pas très loin de Corte d'où partent des randonnées, à 55mn de St Florent où nous avons loué un bateau pour passer une super journée sur les magnifiques plages du désert des agriates, à 40mn de l'île rousse où il est agréable de se promener, à moins d'une heure de Calvi. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui nous avaient même laissé quelques produits locaux à notre arrivée ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful week in Lama at this delightful gîte. The house is comfortable, spacious and well equipped and the view is unbelievable. We loved sitting outside on the terrace in the early morning gazing at the mountains and distant sea and then enjoying peaceful evenings there too, watching the graceful swifts fly by at speed. The sense of peace and calm of this beautiful, historic village is something we'll always remember. We enjoyed exploring the surrounds of the village on foot, including hiking up the spectacular mountain behind it. Lama was a perfect base for exploring the region and we enjoyed days by the sea at beautiful Ostriconi, Loto and Lozari beaches, as well as exploring the Restonica and Niolo valleys. We hope to return to Lama and this lovely house but in the meantime our happy memories of it must suffice. Thank you for a great stay.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Lama und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und hat uns sehr gefallen, für uns beide perfekt. Bei mehreren Personen muss einem bewusst sein, dass die Schlafzimmer teilweise offen sind. Lama liegt idyllisch am Hang, die Zufahrt zum Dorf und Haus ist kurvenreiche und teilweise steil, wird aber mit einer riesigen Aussicht belohnt. Im Ort gibt es 2 Restaurants und 1 Hotel, wo man gut essen gehen kann, alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten durch kleine verwinkelte Gassen und Treppchen erreichbar. Das Wetter konnte besser nicht sein , sodass wir die tollen Terrassen der Restaurants gut nutzen konnten, aber auch oft unseren Käse am Abend auf der eigenen Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang genossen, was für ein Blick!!!! Strände sind mit dem Auto in 20 min erreichbar und abwechslungsreich, die Balagne im Mai traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, alles klappte perfekt. Wir möchten uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Mercie beaucoup. Petra und Achim

Traumhaft schönes Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Absolut sauber mit phänomenalem Blick!! Wirklich ein Traum. Der Strand ist in 20 min zu erreichen. Als wir dort waren, war allerdings recht viel los am Strand. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das zu Fuß erreichbare Freibad! Wir können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig Corsicaans dorpje.

Als u niet bang bent om een steile weg met korte haarspeldbochten te nemen dan heb je een super rustig verblijf met een onvoorstelbaar mooi uitzicht. Het huis is prima voor een koppel met of zonder kinderen. Met andere koppels het huis delen is wat moeilijk wegens weinig privacy. Er zijn behalve een 1 persoonskamer geen deuren aan de slaapkamers. Het huis zelf is zeer praktisch ingericht. Om iets te bezoeken moet je wel afstanden afleggen, niet in km maar in tijd. Naar het noordse schiereiland trekken is quasi niet mogelijk door tijdsgebrek. De kust langs Ile Rousse is wel heel goed te doen. Wij hebben er alvast heel erg genoten. Er zijn ook drie restaurantjes in het dorpje die je te voet kan bereiken. .

Juste envie d'y rester plus longtemps !

On a tout aimé: la localisation, la vue extraordinaire (ou plutôt les vues, mer et massifs!), les couchers de soleil, l'architecture et l'ambiance de Lama, les petites ballades à faire autour, la plage de Lozari à 25 minutes, le ballet des hirondelles, les cocktails et planches du Fralala, les équipements du logement, la sympathie des propriétaires ... vraiment une TRES bonne adresse, pour se reposer et profiter des beautés de l'Ile :-) !
