This house, ideally located just steps from the beach, features a living/dining room with a sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a second bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a shower room with toilet, and a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, all on a beautiful, enclosed, sandy plot. A garage for bicycle storage and a parking space are available on the property. Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Pets are not allowed. This rental has two Clévacances certifications.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€105), rental of childcare equipment.
