Emplacement idéal, tout peut se faire à pied. Néanmoins un peu bruyant et pas mal de passage. La maison mérite un bon coup de rénovation et de rangement. Le propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique et a l’écoute des besoins des locataires. Son accueil sur les lieux est parfait
