it is located on the 1st floor of a house without lift. The beach is behind the Dunes that you can see in the photos.

You will be 10 minutes walk from the shopping street "Rue Carnot" and 200m from the Esplanade Parmentier (seafront where all the restaurants are located).
2 steps from shops and the sea, and 10 minutes from Fort - Mahon Plage or TOUQUET.
