Seacrest has been rated among the best developments on 30-A and this house sits on the front row with beautiful gulf views, steps from the beach and pool. You won't need to take a 'second look' to know this is where you want to spend your vacation. This beautifully designed 3 story, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath beach house is spacious and has beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf from the second and third floors. No need to go to the first floor for refills, the third floor features a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink (no ice maker). Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floors. One has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other has a rainfall shower and separate tub. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first-class all the way. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa with a private bath with double sinks & beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has 3 twin beds and a double bed. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies. You won't want to leave the house, but you must, to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool steps away and the beautiful beach just across the street. A charcoal grill is available at the house if you want to cook out.

Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach adjoin Seacrest and the town of Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside.

GORGEOUS property

This was, by far, the nicest vacation property we have stayed at on VRBO. So comfortable and close to everything. PERFECT for a girls getaway!! Will definitely come back with family.

Weekend Getaway

The location of this house is amazing. Walking distance to our some of our favorite places on 30A and great beach access directly across the street. The house was spacious with large bathrooms in almost every bedroom. Easy check in and check out with clear communication from the property manager. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this one.

Great location for a family getaway

We loved how central this location was to rosemary and Alys. The bedrooms are spacious and while we were up early with little kids, we really enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise from the roof deck. The house provided just the right accommodations for what we needed on this family getaway!

Amazing Home!

This was such a fantastic vacation and wonderful home. Rachel was always very helpful whenever we had questions. The home had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the top floor patio was amazing! Beautiful ocean views and a great space to hang out after our kiddos went to bed. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, and not too far to most restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay again.
