Hello. Thanks for checking out our clean, contemporary home in Saint Joseph! We call it the Lincoln House. Renovated exclusively for short term rental, our 2 bedroom home is the perfect spot to make lasting memories with friends and family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to downtown, beaches of Lake Michigan, wineries, and breweries. Lots to see and do in this vacation spot. Our location is also only a 40 minute drive to Notre Dame. Hosts are Rich and Rhonda, always available to respond and help. No pets please.

Great little house with everything we needed for our few days! The home was clean and well stocked. We never heard noise from the neighborhood or streets, which was great since we're light sleepers. There was extra bedding & beach towels available. The washer & dryer were convenient. It was about a 10 minute drive to Silver Beach & all the downtown shops. The price was comparable to staying in some hotels on the same dates, with a lot more space for our family.

Great rental, close to the beach!

The house is fantastic. There is plenty of space, it's very clean, comfortable beds and couches, all decorated so cute. Couldn't ask for a better location, 15 minutes to several great beaches and the town of St Joseph, less than 5 minutes to grocery. We usually visit St Joseph's every year and we will definitely book this house again!

Peaceful home

We had a great time staying at Lincoln House! The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a big help. 5 minute drive to St. Joe, 10 minutes to Silver Beach. The amenities were exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out.

After retiring, we wanted something to keep us busy. Rhonda worked as a nurse for many years. Richard was a marriage and family therapist with a private practice. We moved to this area in 2013 because we had visited many times, and always saw ourselves retiring here. It eventually became a reality, and we have never regretted it. We are always available for questions or assistance. We live two minutes away.
