Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium completely redecorated and updated with brand new kitchen and appliances (2019). Enjoy this perfect location within walking distance of Siesta Key Beach (one of Americas highest rated beaches), relax at the heated pool or just enjoy a book on the lanai. In addition to the heated pool, amenities at the complex also include lovely grounds, barbeques, clubhouse, covered parking and boat slips. Close by is Siesta Key Village with a nice selection of restaurants and shops. Downtown Sarasota is also a short drive away with a variety of cultural and gastronomic offerings.

Great Location; Great Amenties

It's close to the public beach. It's easy to access Midnight Pass Rd from the complex and is convenient to both bridges. The owner keeps the property well stocked. There are plenty of amenities available such as a private covered parking space, TV channels, beach equpment, cleaning supplies, etc. The only drawback was the lack of a private washer & dryer. Public ones are available. We'd definitely go back.

Felt Like Home

The minute we walked in it felt like home. Wonderfully decorated, a welcome card from the owner, kitchen had what we needed, plus they had a lot of beach items we could use. Our first time in Siesta Key and our place was a great location and was easy to get in and out. Everyone we met on property was very nice. Owner was great to work with. Just a great place to stay.

L'appartement était parfait et idéalement situé. Nous avions un petit sac de bienvenue lors de notre arrivée et il y avait des boissons au frais. La résidences était tres calme. Les gestionnaires et le habitants étaient super sympathique. Nous avons juste hate d'y retourner Seb et Sophie

Siesta Key Vacation Stay

This is our second year renting Kevin’s beautifully decorated, home away from home. His condo is just wonderful, with everything you need. It is so welcoming…and he provides a delightful welcome basket…such a nice touch when arriving. The beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers make a beach visit so easy.
