Just across the street from the acclaimed #1 Beach in the US. This beautiful two bedroom/ 2 bath condo has all the comforts of home! This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer and balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and towels are also provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area.

Had a Great Time

The place was really nice! We had a great time here. The master bathroom shower wasn’t working when we got there, BUT we called maintenance and they showed up in less than 30 mins to fix it!! We’ve stayed in a few units in Our House At The Beach and never regret it. It’s a great location for the beach and village.

Siesta getaway

The condo was just what we needed for a family of five. Very clean and furnished well. Trolley was great to catch in town. My main suggestion is to find beach access away from the public beach across the street. Fantastic vacation though! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Sunrises and Sunsets :0)

I went with my sister & cousin, we are mid sixty's to mid seventy's, the elevator was appreciated, the place was nice and we could see they were updating things and doing a nice job, the view was beautiful with one balcony facing the Gulf and the 2nd balcony facing the pool. You get sunrises and sunset!! Short walk to beach and the village was a couple mile walk, If we find ourselves going to Siesta Key's again, we will definitely rebook this place

Older than it looks

Furniture is badly worn and uncomfortable to sit on. Wood furniture looks like it was picked up from other peoples garbage cans. Electric outlets are so worn out from use that it takes a piece of tape to keep power cords in the outlets. They give you one roll of paper towels and one garbage can liner no matter how long you stay. No shampoo. Had a problem with the refrigerator leaking water. Called the manager Theresa and she was extremely argumentive. Opened frig and the frig was OFF. That's how they prepare a unit. I requested that a repair person be sent out to check the frig for proper operation, and she sends out a cleaning person to mop up the floor which I told her I already took care of multiple times. What a disappointment. Requested a partial monetary refund and nothing. Ruined my holiday.
