About this property

Immediately unwind when stepping into the tropical home. Try living the island life by working remotely and enjoying the beach, pools and warm weather. Our home is for rent for 3 months from end of May until end of October. We lowered our nightly price so you have a discount on your long stay. The ocean décor is through out the 1st and 2nd floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Have your morning coffee on the balcony with an ocean view right off the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which is perfect for families or two couple. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private patio and fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. We may have more dates available than shown, please inquire.

The newly, decorated 1,400 square foot townhouse has a smart, 55" TV for your Netflix and other streaming services, small TV in the main bedroom, 3 computer monitors, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, internet of 150 mbs. and free long distance. It is easy to stay in touch with home and work remotely while spending time in the sun. Ask about staying for a month with cleaning every 2 weeks. You can enjoy sunning with our sun cots on the patio. Use our chairs and beach towels when heading to the beach a few steps from our door. (Watch video tour of the townhouse on your desktop).
Snorkel in the crystal blue waters and enjoy sun or shade at the 2 pools. You will love the amazing sunsets! Walk less than 10 minutes to: grocery store, 8 restaurants and liquor store. No car is needed as you can catch a bus outside our gate. We also have with 24 hour security.
The BahaMar water park and casino, is 5 minutes away is perfect for family day passes. There is a large selection of elegant restaurants to enjoy at BahaMar.

To explore Atlantis on Paradise Island, take the local bus there and to downtown. From there, take a ferry The Jitney (local bus) only costs $1.25, comes by frequently and runs until approximately 5:30 pm everyday.

Always a very enjoyable stay, great owner

Excellent property, good location. Description on Vrbo is 100% accurate so what you see is what you get. Jill is a great host. She responded promptly to all our questions and has provided useful information in the property about nearby restaurants and local amenities. Would highly recommend Jill and the property.

Great Stay at Delaport

Great location, pristine property

Quiet, pretty little area but with stores and lots of good restaurants in walking distance, easy access to Nassau, pretty little beach and another nice one accessible just over the bridge. The sunsets from the western pool are amazing. House is very clean with comfortable beds a view of the sea from the upstairs balcony and private outdoor seating out of the wind downstairs. We really loved the townhouse and Jill was super responsive.

Our family has enjoyed Nassau for over 10 years. This is our 2nd home we have owned on the island. We also rented out our 1st Nassau home over the years. We love the crystal clear waters, warm sunshine and unlimited water sports available. Living near Toronto, we love to get out of winter and come to Bahamas. Bahamians are hospitable and are laid back. Just purchased and newly furnished our Delaporte townhouse in April 2019 and are glad to be able to walk to the beach and 2 pools. We are really pleased with this gated community.

We always wanted to be on the ocean in Nassau. We are happy to share this lifestyle with others and the comforts of home. You can walk to 8 restaurants or eat in. Delaporte is a well kept gated community which is like a resort. There is snorkeling around the point.
