Sunrise Beach Villas - Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, Located on the Beachfront Resort

This Deluxe one bedroom villa with a lovely garden view, has a separate bedroom and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your own meals and just relaxing. For your convenience, there is also free local calling as well as free unlimited calling to USA, Canada, and the UK.

A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's.

The complex is located on a beautiful white sand beach so you can enjoy the ocean waters or go for a nice walk.

In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays.

40th Anniversary Getaway

We decided to do something special for this special anniversary year. A trip to the Bahamas and Paradise Island. This condo stood out from the others. Loved the look of the updates. Steve got back to us very quickly and we booked! Loved the condo. It is comfy and clean. The bed is great.......but truly the five stars is all about the treatment and the communication with Steve. He is the most personable owner we have rented from on VRBO or Homeaway. So accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. He booked our drivers and gave is the lowdown on all aspects of vacationing in this beautiful spot. We found the staff and the guests and owners who were there very friendly and helpful. Steve's condo is very well equipped. We ate in for the most part and all the utensils we needed were there. Thank you Steve. You made our first Bahamian holiday amazing!

Paradise Found

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay at Sunrise Beach Villas. We had a great time and highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. Paradise Island and Nassau are excellent places to visit, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Violas on site had good food and was very convenient.
