This house is perfection! It’s spacious, luxurious, and clean. We loved the location, which was a short walk from the beach as well as shopping/restaurants. We appreciated the quiet street. The house offered easy access to busier Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in a calm residential spot.

Very clean and nice home. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils for family meals. It was a short walk to the beach and the garage had plenty of beach chairs, including 2 wagons to transport. The outdoor area was very nice and had plenty of seating, including the lounge chairs and firepit. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was amazing! Responsiveness to questions was outstanding. Perfect home for families looking for space and luxuries that one would expect in Alys Beach. Pool was awesome and the kids loved the fire pit on cooler nights. Highly recommend bikes or golf cart as use of a car for beach access is not very efficient.would definitely rent again in the same price range.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed the home itself…beautiful, clean, comfortable mattresses, countless amenities, great location. However, there are outdoor cameras pointed directly at the “private” pool area where we were swimming/tanning in the back yard. This was not disclosed ahead of time in the listing and really made us uncomfortable with several children and teenage girls present as well. Will not stay again due to lack of privacy. As a family willing to pay this kind of price to stay somewhere nice and luxurious, we shouldn’t have to compromise our privacy in order to do so.

Thank you so much for the glowing review of your stay in July of 2022. As you know this home is on a private street so security during the off periods is of the utmost importance. The cameras are not monitored unless there is a security issue. The owner confirmed the cameras are not functional, only as a deterrence, they have never been activated nor are they monitored. Camera lenses have been covered by the pool area to give piece of mind. Glad you enjoyed your stay last year!

Remarkable home. Everything was brand new and the home was impeccably decorated. We had a group of 11 with 3 small children and there was room to spare. I found many a place to hide away for my morning coffee in peace, like the back screened in porch, upstairs front balcony or the front porch. We cooked in or grilled out almost every day and night. This home is a cooks dream! The built-in grill on the screened porch was awesome for burgers and dogs and the Thermador oven/range had a griddle that was perfect for pancake, eggs and bacon breakfasts. The pool was heated for us and was a perfect place to relax after a beach day/shopping day/ biking day. We finished every evening on the screened porch either watching T.V. or listening to music through the Sonos speakers out there. We'll be back...many,many times.

Don't rent here if you need Internet access

The house was beautiful, good location and spacious. That being said, we rented for about 3 weeks and from day 1 we had continual outages of Internet service. The local ISP provider (Mediacomm) came out at least twice and indicated the problem was inside the house where there was conflicting routers/cable modems. They replaced the cable router and the problem went away for 3 or 4 hours and then returned. Barefoot 30 A, the management company representing the owners, kept on blaming the cable company and the cable company kept on blaming the the owner/management company. Finally, 3 days before we left, the management company brought over a 5G device for internet access that had a range of 50 feet. Long story short, I would NOT rent this house or UTILIZE Barefoot 30A services if I ever return to the panhandle of Florida.

Unfortunately, we have absolutely zero control over internet service. We did everything we could to have the ISP come out to resolve the issue but the ISP in this area is not great and typically takes at least a week to schedule a service call. As the guest mentioned the house was perfect and we as a management company did all we could do to remedy a situation out of our control. The issue has been resolved and we have had no issues since but if you are coming to the beach to sit behind a computer all day maybe consider the ISP in this area is not the best.

FABULOUS HOME!!!!

This property is absolutely spectacular! Barefoot 30A management company is phenomenal and everything was handled so smoothly from the minute we booked through the minute we checked out. Highly recommend!! The house is situated on a very quiet private street on the north side of 30A - the beach is right across the street and super easy access, I think it took us a total of five minutes to walk there. The house is perfect in every way - meticulously clean and so incredibly appointed. It's a dream!! Our teens loved the bunk room, which has its own bath, and the other two king rooms shared a beautiful hall bath. The bunks might be a little short for taller kids (my son is 6'2" and a bit long for his, but he didn't seem to care!) There is no cable TV service at the house, which didn't bother us a bit since the TV was never on anyway. There is a speaker system that runs throughout and we enjoyed music on the back patio and pool area most days. The house has wagons, beach chairs and an umbrella for all to use, although we did find the wagons were kind of a hassle to lug across the sand walkway to the beach, so we just carried the chairs instead. The chairs have backpack style straps so its very easy to just drape over your shoulders and carry them over to the beach. We brought a sand bucket and shovel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that there were several other buckets in the garage for us to use as well. Tip - in lieu of a cooler we filled a bucket with ice and took along some canned beers to enjoy at the beach so we didn't have to bring a cooler! We also packed some cheap pool floats in our luggage and blew them up when we got there and were so glad we did - the kids used them every day and we left them there so hopefully another family can use them, too! The outdoor grill is incredible, we grilled food several nights eating in the gorgeous screened patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is an awesome butler's pantry with a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster and blender - just perfect!! We rented bikes from Good Pedals and would definitely recommend them - they were delivered right to our driveway and we used them daily. Less than two miles east you can bike to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping or head west to The Hub for casual dinners and super cute shops. Paths in both directions so its super easy to safely travel each direction. We highly recommend!!

Paradise At The Beach

Our family had a great time at this amazing beach house! We had 8 adults and four children under 3. There was plenty of space, and it came with everything we needed. There were 12 beach chairs and two wagons, and the walk to the beach was easy and close. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The property manager was very attentive to a small problem and made sure it was fixed right away. The outdoor space was perfect! The pool was surrounded by plenty of chairs, and even had an area that was shallow enough for toddlers to sit and play. We used the fire pit twice and loved how easy it was to use. It’s a 1/2 mile walk to Alys Beach with wide sidewalks to walk or ride bikes. Our whole family would like to come back again next year!

Perfect family getaway!

We had an amazing stay! We absolutely loved the house. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our big family and really well stocked. Absolutely love the pool. Recommend heating. It was wonderful. They have lots of Beach toys, chairs and wagons which was super helpful. They were easy to communicate with and so helpful throughout our stay. We also absolutely loved the location. Super easy access to the beach and we could bike ride to all the best places. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Just wonderful from arrival to departure. Property is great and the Pool was the dream, and handled our grandchildren well! From the beach to the pool, and playing games to sleeping in the bunk room altogether, doesn't get any better. As Pictured

This property is exactly as pictured. It was clean upon arrival and all features of the home functioned properly with the exception of the ice maker. It was only able to produce about 15 pieces of ice in a 12-24 hour period which is odd for such a high end refrigerator but was only a minor inconvenience. Other than that everything was perfect.
