Residence: just outside Alghero, a structure surrounded by nature, where you can spend your holidays in relax and comfort.
A quiet and private location surrounded by vineyards and orchards, a few kilometres from the beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.
The villa consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom, a veranda, a car park and a garden with a spacious dining area equipped with barbecue, oven for pizza and bread.
The structure, finely furnished, has air-conditioning, TV, satellite decoder, washing machine.

250 Euro Deposit.
Pets are welcome at an extra cost.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

We had a wonderfull holiday

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderfull holiday. The house was perfect, clean, fully equiped, beautifully located. We were very kindly welcomed by the owner. We can recommend this property to everyone.

Une jolie escale au milieu des vignes

Un endroit comme nous les aimons, comme à la maison. Une situation discrète au milieu des vignes, très proches de toutes les commodités (centre alghero, plages, et endroit à visiter). Soif d escapade, Nives nous propose des vélos afin d éviter la circulation. La maison , très agréable , est très propre. Dès notre arrivée nous avons pleinement profité des produits locaux mis à notre disposition. Sans oublier les barbecues en toute simplicité. Nives est une personne très disponible pour rendre ce séjour des plus agréable.

Tutto fantastico

Bellissima casa, molto spaziosa, pulita, immersa nella campagna a pochi km da Alghero, tra ulivi, vigneti, frutteti. Un'unica casa tutta per noi, con giardino, barbecue, dotata di tutto quello che era necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. La proprietaria, Nives, è una persona molto gentile ed accogliente. Ci ha aspettati all'aeroporto nonostante il nostro orario di arrivo molto tardi e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un soggiorno perfetto. Proprio quello che cercavamo, ci torneremo sicuramente

Why was the holiday so short?

This has been the 3rd time we stayed here, and we once again enjoyed the following: very nice and helpful owner; very good location as regards roads, the town of Alghero and beaches while in a green and quiet area; privacy; delicious fruit from the garden behind; (new) nets against insects on the windows; clean house. We would like to return.

Un exellent séjour!

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par notre hôtesse. Plusieurs petits cadeaux de bienvenue, une disponibilité permanente. Nives a été serviable et souriante tout le long du séjour. La maison était très propre, très agréable au milieu des vignes et d'arbres fruitiers du jardin. Elle est bien située, entre Alghero (magnifique ville) et les plages. Les vélos prêtés par Nives sont bien agréables pour faire un tour dans les vignes ou faire quelques courses. Merci encore á notre charmante hôtesse pour ce séjour.

Super woning

We vonden het een super locatie. Prachtig gelegen tussen de wijngaarden en we gingen elke dag met onze 2 jonge kinderen fruit plukken in de boomgaard rond het huis. Het huis is groot genoeg en je kunt er heerlijk relaxen. We hebben er een top tijd gehad en komen hier graag nog eens terug.

La posizione è ottima, vicina all'aereoporto, alla spiaggi a ed al centro di Alghero. E' immersa in campagna circondata dalle viti e dagli ulivi. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, è spaziosa ed i proprietari sono disponibili ed accoglienti. La consigli a chi desidera passare una vacanza ad Alghero.

Veel privacy en toch bruisend Alghero!

We hebben een week vertoefd in dit heerlijke huis. De eigenaar en zijn dochter zijn super vriendelijk. We kregen van Nives allemaal goede tips. Zo zijn we gaan eten bij een geweldige agriturismo in de buurt van het huis (Barbagia). Geweldig eten! Het huis is erg schoon. Door de airco slaap je heerlijk koel. Je bent in vijf minuten in het bruisende Alghero. Mijn zus mocht een aantal nachten met haar camper op het terrein bij het huis komen staan. Erg gezellig! Molte grazie. Ciao!

Pleasant stay in Residenza I Filari

We spent 8 nights in this house and we enjoyed the stay a lot. The landlord and his daughter were very nice and helpful. The house was clean and spacious, in the middle of vineyards and orchards. Its location is ideal for people who prefer the calm, but at the same time want to be close to Alghero (5 - 10 minutes drive to the center) and the main beaches in the area. Our children enjoyed riding the bikes in the vineyards - an excellent occupation while the parents relaxed on the terrace. If we return to Alghero, we will certainly consider to rent this house.
