The Ocean View Beach Club community offers a Clubhouse with billiards, gym, sauna, or take the shuttle to the boardwalk in Bethany Beach on weekends. Guests also can use the large community pool.

This home boasts beautiful open concept living with a large fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs offers a loft area with a TV and sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom and bathroom offer a bright open space for guests. The two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, share a full bathroom. Take advantage of the many amenities, including a community pool, billiards, gym, sauna, or take the shuttle to the boardwalk in Bethany Beach on weekends. This property comes with a washer and dryer. Enjoy your next vacation in the comfortable home!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

We were very pleased. It was exactly, as described in the photos.

The property was located only 5 min drive from beach. The clubhouse access was a great benefit. The pool was fantastic. Property was extremely clean and new. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Only one minor drawback was the shuttle to beach only runs on the weekends. It wasn't really an issue, as long as you arrived at the beach before 10:00a, we never had an issue finding a spot within a block or two of the beach. This will be our go to location from now on. Five Stars!!!!

Bethany Family Trip, First Time Renting a Place

Brand new place with a great outdoor pool and short drive to Bethany Beach and easy close parking. It was great they allowed a dog with grass out the back patio which was nice. Suggestions for the owner would be add a hand mixer, cutting board, more silverware, another large skillet, and a large pot. Thanks for opening your place.
