About this property

Get away from it all in this 3 bedroom townhouse. Located less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach and 15 minutes from Ocean City. Perfect for a family or couples getaway. Enjoy the community pool and tennis courts, or explore all of the amazing restaurants in the area. This property comfortably sleeps 6. All three bathrooms were redone.

There are two parking spots for the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi and smart tv, ready for you to stream any service.

7 night minimum required during the summer. Saturday-Saturday rentals.

There is a $150 cleaning fee.

Sheets and towels can be included for a $120 charge. If you want sheets and towels to be supplied please message me when you are booking. It includes a fitted and flat sheet for all four beds. Along with pillow covers. Six bath towels, three hand towels and three wash cloths.

Two dogs allowed, owner is required to notify if bringing a dog. There is an extra pet fee of $50.

Minimum age of renter is 25.

Great long weekend

My husband, two teenage daughters and two pups had a wonderful long weekend in this comfortable condo. We were welcomed with with a thoughtful sand pail full of goodies, including treats for the dogs and a nice card. We were able to spread out (in the rooms and on the super comfy couch) and relax. The back porch is wonderful with a nice green space behind for the dogs to play fetch. The pool was a great stop to come and cool off after the beach. Bethany Beach is just 10 minutes away and easy to get to. We would definitely rent again.

Great spot near Bethany Beach

Convenient location with a quick drive to the beach or boardwalk. Clean and comfy space! Love that it was also pet friendly

Loved it!

The place was lovely. It was conveniently located a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Heather is an amazing host and extremely accomodating. Anytime we had questions during our stay she responded extremely quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories!
