Overlooking the bay of Castel Meur, in a listed site, the house is surrounded by a 5000m² garden which descends to the shore.

The living room, the terrace and two bedrooms are oriented to the west and enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea, the coast to Perros-Guirec and the Seven Islands.

Two small sandy beaches are located 300m away and accessible on foot via the customs path.

In the main house:
- on the ground floor: entrance, large kitchen with fireplace, dining room, living room opening onto the terrace, bathroom
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a sink (1 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds).
In an adjacent building, open only in summer, with an independent entrance and also overlooking the terrace: 1 large bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) and a shower room.

Wonderful location

As a location for walking and enjoying this part of the coast this gite cannot be faulted . However it is tired and was lacking in some facilities and the guesthouse part had not been very thoroughly cleaned. The mattress in the guest house badly needs replacing . There is plenty of hot water but surely nowadays there should be an upstairs bathroom. Having said this we had a wonderful week in this lovely location. If you want to eat out I recommend Le Maison Bleu in Plougrescant as the best local restaurant.

Ein wunderschönes altes Landhaus, mit hohen Decken, knarzigen Holzdielen und stimmungsvoller Einrichtung. Das ganze gepaart mit einer perfekten Lage und Blick auf Le Gouffre und das Haus zwischen den Felsen. Das Haus ist geräumig und üppig ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass die besitzer hier regelmäßig selbst wohnen!

Zeit am Meer

Geprägt von der phantastischen und ruhigen Lage lebt man tagein-tagaus mit dem Meer, mit Ebbe und Flut, Wind, Sonne und Regen. Schlechtes Wetter gibt es nicht. Entspannter kann ein Urlaub nicht sein.

Emplacement de la location idéale qui a orienté mon choix. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse d’accepter mon petit chien alors que l’annonce précisait le contraire et je l’en remercie. En revanche point négatif de mon point de vue et à améliorer : cuisine trop basique, les 2 salles d’eau mériteraient d’être rénovées. La literie n’est pas confortable. Cela était prévisible au vue des photos.

Besonderes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die täglichen Sonnenuntergänge die wir von der Terasse beobachten konnten waren wie immer faszinierend. Das Haus bietet großzügigen Platz um sich auch bei schlechterem Wetter in der Bretagne zu erholen. Auch nach bereits mehreren Aufenthalten in diesem Haus sind wir immer noch verliebt.

authentisches Haus in phantastischer Lage

Wunderbarer Meeresblick, traumhafte Landschaft, üppige Natur, ruhige Lage. Wandern, Radfahren, Baden, Malen, Fotografieren: alles direkt von der Haustür aus. Den Sonnenuntergang genossen wir direkt vom Sofa aus. Und die Gezeiten beeinflussen den Tagesablauf. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und immer konstruktiv.

Familienhaus am Meer

Die Lage des Hauses am Meer ist phänomenal. Wir haben den Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Das Spiel von Licht, Wasser und Felsen war grandios. Die Zimmer im Haus sind sehr grosszügig und schön "familiär" eingerichtet. Die Schlafmöglichkeit im Annex hat unser Junior sehr geschätzt. Wir haben auch die Märkte in Tréguier und Paimpol besucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der angebotenen Waren. Da wir gerne kochen, lieben wir die französischen Märkte. Wir haben in Plougrescant auch Austern direkt vom Produzenten geholt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietern war sehr freundlich, Kontakt, Reservierung und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder einmal nach Plougrescant.

Tolle Lage

Ein traumhafter Ort!

Das ganz besonders wunderschöne und charaktervolle Haus steht an einem der schönsten Plätze der Bretagne - sowohl von der Terrasse als auch aus dem großen Fenster des Schlafzimmer hat man einen Panorama-Blick auf die grandiose Bucht le Gouffre. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr unkompliziert - wir würden sehr sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Belle maison pour séjour parfait.

Maison correspondant parfaitement à la description, donc pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Les propriétaires font ce qu'il faut pour qu'on se sente bienvenus avant le départ déjà. Seul petit bémol, la grande entrée qui mériterait d'être refaite. Mais on oublie très rapidement ce point à la vue des chambres rénovées, de la magnifique cuisine à l'ancienne avec tout le confort moderne (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, etc. etc.), et du confort de la maison en général. Sans oublier la vue, qui est simplement splendide. Un lieu parfait pour déconnecter.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, grande cuisine avec une belle cheminée, et bien équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour bien cuisiner, grande salle à manger avec de la vaisselle en nombre largement suffisant, une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis le salon, la terrasse, le chalet et la chambre au dessus du salon. Les propriétaires contactés par téléphone ou SMS, sont très arrangeants et sympathiques. Le littoral est très beau, une luminosité toujours différente selon le moment de la journée, le ciel, la marée. Nous avons fait de très belles balades dans les environs et aussi une journée à l'île de Bréhat sous le soleil, superbe. Les restaurants encore fermés pour cause Covid, au marché de Treguier nous avons acheté des fruits de mer (huîtres, crabes araignées et dormeurs bien vivants, bigorneaux, crevettes...), on s'est régalés. Bref nous étions 5 adultes du 10 au 17 mai et nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Plougrescant.

Excellente semaine de vacances

La maison est très agréable. Elle a gardé son authenticité et à un véritable cachet. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Petit bémol, le chalet n’avait pas été nettoyé et quelques travaux seraient à prévoir dans ce dernier ainsi que dans les 2 salles de bain. Nous avons cependant passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.
