Ecological construction of 2009 with healthy materials: monomur bricks, terracotta floor in the ground floor and polished concrete on the floor
Bioclimatic design with a south facing glass roof and a courtyard to the north
Solar panel for hot water, heating to the stove of Mass.
Natural garden without pesticides, aromatic plants, covers soil, fruit trees.
A sound system is on hand to relax or liven up your parties! So bring your smartphone!
Housekeeping is to be done before your departure.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in der Guerande
Dieses Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Spontan hatten wir unseren Faulenzer-Urlaub in Aquitaine noch um eine Woche in der Guerande verlängert und wollten dort die Gegend erkunden. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, sondern es liegt für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art auch optimal. Für unseren Hund war natürlich der große Garten ein Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und ebenso verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!
