Very convenient location to USC.

Less than 10 minutes from the University of South Carolina. Owner very responsive to questions. Great price.

House need a little more southern charm but it slept good and that’s really all we needed. The back yard and area needs some cleaning. The mailbox also needs the number on it for better location
