Good for a couple of days.

This property is more suited for smaller groups of 4 and under. Not very child friendly, but it worked for a short stay. The yard could use some cleanup. We could not use it due to lack of care and the underside of the house being open. Linens were very minimal but we managed. Rich is very pleasant to work with. Good property if traveling without kids.

House need a little more southern charm but it slept good and that’s really all we needed. The back yard and area needs some cleaning. The mailbox also needs the number on it for better location

Perfect for our stay

Stayed here while dropping our daughter off for college. Perfect size and would stay here again when we come back. 10-15 minute drive to campus, during move in at the dorms. Close to many restaurants and other shopping. Checking in and out was as smooth as possible, and the neighborhood was quiet. One of the best values I've had - my wife was bragging to her parents about how much better this was than staying at a hotel. Thanks Rich for the perfect place for us to be able to spend time with our daughter before driving 14 hours back home, and leaving our first child to begin the next chapter in her life. Although it was sad to say goodbye, we had a great time, and like I said, we hope to be back.

Excellent Bungalow

Rented the Bungalow for my son's graduation from Boot Camp. It is clean, bigger than I thought and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also easily accessible to Fort Jackson. Highly recommend this rental.
