Welcome to the Cotes d'Armor

Looking for rental for your vacation, spend a family weekend where friends to calm, the countryside in grounds of 1200 m2 in the town of Pleubian and near the sea (4km) and the furrow of Talbert in close to shops (3km) also .Proche Paimpol (15km) and its festival of sea shanties in 2017, Bréhat island, the Pink Granite Coast, Ploumanac'h favorite French village in 2015 ... Come relax in this charming house on the ground floor consisting of a living room (37m2) with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with wood stove, bathroom (shower and double sink), 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 and the other with 2 beds of 90, necessary to acceuillir baby (high chair, reads umbrella), games of companies for the biggest. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, freezer. Outside the bikes will be at your disposal, barbecue, garden furniture. Our animal friends are welcome. The linen is provided according to your convenience. Activities: fishing on foot, hiking (GR34), walking, cycling or sea, swimming, summer parties.

Nous avons séjourné dans une magnifique maison implantée au milieu d'un jardin très bien entretenu .

Cette maison est fort bien équipée à tout niveau et sa situation nous a permis de trouver le calme . L'utilisation des vélos nous a permis de découvrir les alentours aux mille facettes . Enfin n'oublions pas la propriétaire qui a su par sa disponibilité et sa discrétion nous rendre ce séjour très agréable .

Très bien accueillis dans une maison lumineuse, tout confort, propre et bien décorée . Le plus : un petit poêle à bois disponible pour une flambée si besoin....utile par temps de pluie.

très jolie maison au milieu des champs. Confortable et très spacieuse. Décoration un peu trop chargée, fragile (trop de bibelots) et couleur plutôt tendance "homestaging". Vaisselle un peu limitée, couverts de très mauvaise qualité :-((, mais on peu faire avec, le cadres et l'espace garantissant le dépaysement (très jolie petite terrasse au soleil le soir : détente garantie!! et grand jardin pour jouer). La literie est très confortable et le chauffage efficace. un bon moment trop court passé à 4.

Location au confort et à la propreté irréprochables - rien ne manque Ajouter à cela un accueil fort sympathique de la propriétaire ! La situation géographique permet aisément de rayonner et d'accéder à tous les sites remarquables de la région tout en bénéficiant du calme de la campagne avec un superbe jardin. À recommander sans hésiter !!!

Nous avons passé un court mais très agréable séjour à Pleubian dans ce gîte que je recommande vivement. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, c'est joliment décoré, agréable à vivre et la propriétaire est charmante. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette location. On s'y sent vite comme chez soi, la maison est spacieuse, très propre, rénovée récemment... Tout le confort est là: four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche-linge, congélateur.... Rien ne nous a manqué. Le jardin est grand, bien entretenu et agréable, la maison est au calme, à la campagne, mais idéalement placée pour un séjour dans la région, avec plein de choses à voir autour: sillon du Talbert, Bréhat, Paimpol, côte de granit rose...
