Situated on one of the most historic properties in Palmer, Colony Suites #8 is steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants, micro brews, coffee shops, and more! Enjoy views of surrounding mountains, the famous Palmer water tower and base out of your suite for nearby adventure!
This space is completely brand new inside from floor to ceiling and features quartz and marble counter tops, tile surround shower, a bed with built-in USB charging ports, UHD TV, stainless steel appliances, and more! Colony Suites come with a fully furnished kitchen for cooking! Feel free to utilize the kitchen or take a short walk to one of the many places to eat in Palmer.
Enjoy our free WiFi on-site and relax with your favorite show or movie as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu subscriptions are all included with your stay.
Upon request, a child's crib and an air mattress for the floor to sleep additional guests (up to 4 total) can be provided. Guests have full access to use anything inside the space along with the in-suite washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out is all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises.
Being in the heart of Palmer, your suite is within walking distance to many places to eat, have coffee, enjoy a pint from a local micro brewery, or go window shopping! Local fairs, parades, and even a drive-up movie are available throughout the year. If you have questions regarding local events during your stay, feel free to ask us what you might be able to take advantage of!

Great Location, Clean, Amazing Customer Service

I come up to AK often for work. I stayed here for a week and it was exactly as advertised. The space was clean and easy to find. Communication with the host was easy and response times were fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the Palmer downtown area.

Cozy in November

Came up during cold weather and the rooms were very cozy, hot water is very hot, and all the comforts are provided. I stay at this property every time I'm visiting Alaska. 10/10 always!

Beautiful views, great little Towson.

My wife and I loved staying in Palmer at this vrbo! Had everything you needed, it only has heat but has windows that get good flow but overall I’d say 4.9 /5.0 stars!
