Best ocean views in Solana Beach. Nice breeze and blue skies will make any vacation perfect! Two Bedroom, Two bath Condo located in the heart of Solana Beach close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This complex features a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Two dedicated parking spaces, club house and an elevator.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
*There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*Community Beach Access is closed due to unstable cliffs. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approx .2 miles & 5 min walk
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.

Winter Getaway in Solana Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival at Surf9, it was pouring rain and the code to get into the lock box did not work. Ashley got that straightened out immediately. We also needed a second key to the unit as some of us went golfing and were locked out of the unit. Ashley sorted that out immediately. We did not have any issues other than the master shower having lukewarm water and the other bathroom’s sink draining slowly. But these issues did not bother us. We did want Ashley to know about them. The unit was great and our family had a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend Surf Song to anyone who wanted a great getaway from the cold.

Best Summer Vacay!

Great location, walk to beach was easy. View and having the constant sound of the ocean was AMAZING! Lots of room for our family of 4. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay

The beach house was lovely and in the perfect location! The view was breathtaking. We were very impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves each night was magical. My only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the second bedroom.

Ocean views and sunsets everyday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this condo, the bedding has been updated along with some new lighting. The kitchen is a chef kitchen, very nice to work in. Excellent complex with underground parking, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and of course beach! My only real complaint is the patio furniture is old , rusty and the cushions are torn in spots. But we did utilize it everyday. The high top table is nice to have.

Wonderful trip for our anniversary!

We stayed at Surf9 to celebrate our 29th anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The condo was fully furnished with everything we need and then some. Also the view was tremendous! Special thank you to Ashley for the bottle of champagne - that was very thoughtful! We’re hoping to make it back to Surf9 soon!
