Newly built, you’ll feel right at home with all the modern amenities and conveniences you need. Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom featuring a queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. This home is outfitted with WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, and Central AC. Plus, an in-unit washer and dryer. Take the train from the local Solana Beach station to Downtown or rent a car and see the sights in San Diego County via the I-5 freeway! *Kitchen island and larger couch with Chaise have been added to accommodate more functional use.

Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.  
Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
The couch is NOT a pull out. 3 person occupancy is ideal for 2 adults and a infant or toddler.
The main house is occupied by a family with children.
Guests may use the driveway to load / unload but should park permanently on the street.
For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
This property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
