Beautiful Chic Victorian Duplex located in the Heart of Old Colorado City on Kiowa Street. Full use of both upstairs and downstairs units in a duplex home. Both units have 2 bedrooms with 1 Bath, fully stocked Kitchens and pull out sofas with memory foam mattresses. Both units have 55" UHD 4k Samsung flat screen smart TVs. Total of 4 Bedrooms 2 and Bathrooms.

The property is located within walking distance from Old Colorado City with local shops, restaurants and bars. It is also located within driving minutes from downtown with shopping, food and night life. A 10 minute drive will take to historic Manitou Springs with the Manitou Incline and penny arcade. Decent house, bad service

The house is in a great location and it's fairly spacious when you include the upstairs and downstairs. The yard is smaller than it appears from the pictures, but it was still decent. It was the level of service and communication that was problematic. The hosts didn't tell us how to get into the house until less than 24 hours before we were set to arrive, and it took repeated messages to get them to respond. When we arrived at the house, we found that it didn't have enough dishwasher detergent, enough *toilet paper*, etc. So we had to buy basic staples like toilet paper just to make it through a three-day stay. For as much as they're charging, this shouldn't be necessary. These are problems that could be cleared up if the hosts were more attentive. But as of right now, it's hard to give this property a high rating.

Just like home

The property was all very nice and very well stocked with every necessity, but the only reason I put 4 stars for on line accuracy was that it is listed as air conditioned but the lower apartment had no air conditioning.

Great location in Old Colorado City

We stayed only one night at this property, but it had everything we needed. There were two full units, one in the basement and one on the main floor. Each has a full kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The house is in a nice neighborhood with many old houses, and a few blocks' walk to shops and restaurants. The one note I would make is that although the photo seems to show a nice grassy yard, I would not really consider that a place for kids to play. Overall, I would recommend this house.
