Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. This was an ideal place to stay for a family wedding weekend. It’s such a comfortable home, well equipped and conveniently located. Everything we needed or wanted to do was 10 minutes away.
The location was excellent. Loved the themed rooms. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Would stay again. Owners quick to respond. The kitchen does have a drip coffee naker, plus Keurig, and a Crockpot
The house was clean and great location. Beautiful views from the living room. Kaitlyn was awesome and communicated everything we needed to know about the property.
The house was what we needed and close to everything we wants to do. Everyone appreciated the layout and decor, and the views and outdoor space were appreciated. Check-in was easy, and Kaitlyn was responsive throughout our visit.The stairs were a bit creaky, which was a bit challenging with energetic children, but we'd be happy to stay here again on the next trip to Colorado springs.
This place was just great for our little family getaway. Host was great and stayed in touch. Everything was incredibly simple from checkin to checkout. Cozy and always felt at home.

Amazing view of the mountains. The house accommodated our needs and had all the homely items you would expect. It was wonderful to see the deers and mini wildlife roaming around. We had no negitave issues here.
The house is comfortable with mostly great furnishings. The location is really convenient with garden of the gods 5-10 mins away and a nice grocery store around the corner. And the view of Pikes Peak is perfect
This place was very clean and very spacious. Location is great and the Mountain View is a plus. Second time booking with this host and both times have been great I would definitely recommend booking here.
I stayed with my family for 4 nights and had actually extended our stay! The location was very convenient and everything was about 10-20 minutes away. Our host, Kaitlyn, was very attentive and welcoming! We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan on returning later on!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was close by and Hwy 24 could be easily accessed.
The beds we’re comfortable, everyone slept well and felt like they were at home.
Kaitlyn was very helpful, shared a terrific site that was customized for the area, and quickly responded to any messages. We would definitely stay again.
The house was perfect for our family in terms of size and convenience. It is close to all attractions and having Old Colorado City "down the road" was an added bonus. Kaitlyn, our host, was readily available and accommodating.
This was an amazing little house and conveniently locted to where we wanted to be. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved the fact that there was a backyard for the little ones. The downstairs was like it own little place for my sister to work or my children and I to go when my parents wanted to take a nap. My family would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The host were amazing and got back to us immediately, and even let us check in early. For sure would stay here again if e got the chance!

My communication to manager about 1) dirty floors and dishes 2) lack of a skillet was promptly answered. Team came out next day and cleaned at floors again. Left dirty pans in cabinet. Did not deliver skillet. As a note: bar downstairs had no glassware or bar supplies. Kitchen had three large dirty pans, no skillets and Three coffee cups. Seriously people?

Not my best VRBO experience
While the property was clean and the management was communicative, there were a lot of issues with this property. The listing claimed to be remodeled, but this was only done on the surface. The property itself was very old, complete with bad heating, very creaky floors, doors that wouldn’t shut, and not properly functioning appliances. The basement rooms were extremely cold while the rest of the house was hot and there were no extra blankets in the house. We were told by management there was nothing they could do. Also, the stairs were very steep and not great for small kids or older adults.
