Just off of the dining room is the chef’s kitchen fully loaded with the largest WOLF range and double ovens, microwave, Subzero refrigeration, beverage fridge, and a baker’s dream enormous marble counter-top island. There are two side entrances from the parking area into the home through the kitchen, as well as the mudroom just beside it. The mudroom has a laundry shoot to throw those sandy towels down after a long day at the beach!
Beyond the Kitchen, there is the spacious Family Room, with an adjacent powder room, an open layout seating area, and dining area. The Family Room includes a gas fireplace and TV. Off of the Family Room one door leads to the outdoor patio with a hard-piped gas grill and dining area.
