About this property
A Quiet Place on Saratoga Lake
Our cottage is located on beautiful Saratoga Lake, right outside of Saratoga Springs. It is a 10 minute drive to the track and 15 minutes to downtown and SPAC. Featuring a large living area with a full deck overlooking the lake, our home is simply furnished, cozy, and quiet (last house on a dead-end road). Access to the beach and the dock is via stairway off of the deck. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.
We have a dock on which you may dock your boats, kayaks, etc. Please note that it is impossible to launch watercraft from our property. You may launch from the NYS boat launch at the north end of the lake, or from one of the privately owned marinas.
We have no cleaning fee for your stay, although please be aware that if excess cleaning is required after your stay, you will be charged an appropriate amount.

Saratoga Performing Arts Center and National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Saratoga Race Course and Blockhouse Park. Stillwater Glen Hallow Park and TreePaad Fun Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or try out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
