Gros potentiel mais laissé dans son jus !

Gros potentiel compte tenu de sa situation à ( minutes du centre, bars et restaurants. Calme. Place de parking.Très fonctionnel. Malheureusement cet appartement est laissé dans son jus, limite malpropreté. Salle de bain désuète dont la plomberie est en dessous de tout. Cuisine idem avec installation électrique douteuse. Quant à la propreté, on se demande à quoi sert le forfait ménage compris dans la location. Quel dommage car avec un peu d'investissement çà ferait une superbe location dont le prix pourrait être largement majoré. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne la recommande pas.

Localisation adresse très compliquée à l'arrivée compte tenu spécificité tracé de la rue. Sinon très bon accueil de Martine à l'arrivée et appartement proche toutes commodités et plage..
