Welcome to 66 Dune Lane in North Forest Beach! This is a lovely two-story home located on the second row and offers views of the ocean from the "crow's nest" with seating on the upper level. This wonderful home offers a covered front porch that is so inviting. It has white palm frond fans to keep you cool as you sit on one of the four white rocking chairs or the swinging chair. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view!

Once inside you will love the open floor plan on the first floor of the home, the gorgeous hardwood floors, and all the beach décor. The living area is spacious with a large light blue sectional sofa, two coastal themed swivel chairs, an oversized ottoman, a nice fireplace, and a 65" SMART TV. Behind the couch there is a pool table that is perfect for evening entertainment for the kids and adults alike. In the corner there is a high-top round table for four and a wet bar. Open the door to the screened-in porch where you will find a ping-pong table, palm frond ceiling fans, and a table that seats six. Just outside there is a Char-Broil Performance grill for your outdoor dining needs. Go downstairs to the pool with waterfall feature. Lounge by the pool, enjoy a meal under the deck at the table that seats six, or relax your muscles in the hot tub! There is also a ½ bath at this level inside the home and an outdoor shower.

Back inside, adjacent to the living room is the dining room where there is a table that seats 10. Prepare meals with ease in the newly remodeled chef’s kitchen, designed for both function and style. The spacious center island offers seating for four and includes a convenient gas cooktop, perfect for cooking while entertaining. Double wall ovens make it simple to handle everything from quick bites to full-course meals. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, including an oversized KitchenAid refrigerator, and comes fully stocked with everything you need, whether you’re making a light snack or hosting a large family dinner.

The home consists of five bedrooms. Two bedrooms, one king room and one queen room, are located on the first floor of the home. The king bedroom has a blue armchair and a 32” SMART TV. There is a hall bathroom that has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Next to this room is a bright office room with desk, coastal themed swivel chair, and access to the screened-in porch. At the end of the hall is the queen room featuring palm tree decorated walls, a 32” SMART TV, a walk-in closet, and a small sink in the room. It also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Up 16 stairs to the second floor are the remaining three bedrooms, an outdoor balcony, and climb an additional set of stairs to enjoy rooftop sunning where there are two Adirondack chairs.

The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is carpeted, has two twin beds, a blue swivel chair, walk-in closet, and a 32” TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower. The next bedroom down the hall is also carpeted and features a king bed, blue swivel chair, walk-in closet, and a 32” TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower. There is a nice bench seat in the hall loft area looking out windows to the front of the house. Open the door to a covered balcony with a palm frond ceiling fan, two white rocking chairs, and two white Adirondack chairs.

Next room down the hall is a very spacious, carpeted, master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a 32” TV. There is a lovely sitting area with a high ceiling, gray sofa, an armchair with ottoman, and a 32” TV. A great place to have your morning coffee and read a book! The master bathroom has a double granite vanity, a claw-foot soaking tub, and a walk-in tiled shower. At the end of the hall is the laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer.

There is a nice private pool, screened-in porch, and is located just steps from the beach. The location of the home is fantastic, within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and situated on Dune Lane. Conveniently located right across the street from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Forest Beach.
