About this property

I’m renting out part of my house with its own entrance. It’s a Master Bedroom with a master restroom. It has WiFi, a mini refrigerator and a microwave inside the room. It also has a small sofa bed and two queen size bed. A firestand and an a/c.

My house is close to Stater Bros, Target, Little Saigon Mall, Christ Cathedral Catholic Church, Disneyland, prettt much everything. If you have any questions please ask me. My neighborhood is a private property so please don’t park across the street, only in my drive way or infront of my house. I have plenty of room.

Disneyland convenience.

We were so happy to find a clean reasonable priced place to stay after an excruciating 10 hours at Disneyland, over all this place is excellent for an overnight stay. My only complaint and it is very small was there were no spoons or stir sticks to stir your coffee. This may sound like a minor thing but if you obsess about coffee when you wake up it is not minor, although a toothbrush handle did the trick! LOL. If arriving in the dark, the pavement is uneven so walk carefully outside.

A very clean place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. The place is very clean and close to Little Saigon where our main interest was. The bathroom is very big and comfortable to use. There was a little issue with the hot water the second night but the host, Mai, was very prompt in finding and fixing the issue. We love the owner's responsiveness and hospitality. We would stay again.

Perfect location

Just a perfect place to stay. Not far from Disneyland and we went to multiple places from this location. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Great place to stay near Disney

If you’re looking for a space to stay near Disney that is convenient and a great value, this is it. 😊 The suites are private, in a garden terrace behind the main house, and secure with gate codes for the garden area as well as the suite. Lovely expansive bathroom with both a large soaking tub as well as beautiful walk in shower. The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the oversized “mini” fridge and microwave. You’ll need to bring plastic utensils and plates, as there’s no kitchenette, but a nice place to heat up leftovers. Thanks!
