Filthy and Disgusting Curtains Floors and Carpets It made it hard to breathe comfortably. Walking without shoes was not an option. The smell walking in everytime was disgusting. The only reason we give it a 1 star was bc we had somewhere to lay our heads safely!

Husband and I were there to hit up the theme parks, so it was a good place to rest our head at the end of being out all day. That being said, this was listed as a 5 star "exceptional" stay...it was fine, but probably wouldn't stay there again.Pros: The woman at the front desk was very nice, and the parks were easily accessible by car or Lyft. Cons: While the woman at the front desk was very sweet (comped our parking) we weren't able to check in until about 515p (check in was listed as 4pm). This was the same for at least one other group as well that walked in after us. The room was overall clean, but we did find a cockroach roaming about, a couple of the towels had hair stuck in them, and the floor felt sticky. The hairdryer in the room worked, but you couldn't put it on high or it would short our real quick (happened twice). The areas outside the room looked a bit dirty and there was a constant smell in the hallways especially in the evening. The listing said that Disneyland parks were about 5 minutes away. You cannot walk there (it would be a little over an hour) and the drive is about 10 minutes (again not bad, but not an accurate listing).
