Christmas with the Fam 2023
We loved being able to all stay together comfortably. Wish the weather had cooperated for more walks to Wilson Park and down to Dickson St.

It’s a gem!
This house was full of unique touches. In fact, the entire upstairs was totally unique and wonderful! I really appreciated the Christmas tree and fireplace! The location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Sweet Home in Great Location
Large home with plenty of room for a huge group though ours was on the smaller side. The location provides great access to the university. Older home with lots of character. Clean and comfortable.

I purchased this home in 1998 as my first home and have loved it ever since! I was attracted to the character of an even then older home. Taking walks in the park, meticulously manicured by the City of Fayetteville and being so close to all of the arts, dining and entertainment Dickson Street has to offer are a couple of my favorite things about this home. My family supports the Hogs and this location is in the heart of all things Razorback sports!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this as my first home and absolutely love the location. Close to UofA, Dickson Street and Wilson Park. The home was built in the early 1930's and a master bath, bedroom was added in 2012.

What makes this property unique

I chose this property because of the hardwood floors and the charm of the older home. It reminded me of a home on Cape Cod and I loved its simplicity and charm.
