About this property

Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath NON-Smoking Villa at Seascape in the desirable South Forest Beach area. Seascape Villas are located in a Tropical Setting directly across the street from the beach. Our complex has a beach walk and a private locked beach cabana, with restrooms. Our unit is in the front of the complex (as close to the beach as possible)with only a three minute walk to the beach. Parking is right in front of unit. Seascape has two pools, walking and biking trails and play areas for children. Our unit backs to one of the pools.

Our two bedroom, two bath unit has everything needed for a wonderful beach getaway. The lower level has a full kitchen, with a washer and dryer, living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home. There is also a new deck off the living room that overlooks the pool. Now with free WiFi. Check out our reviews!

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location! The pool is right out back, behind the unit. It’s a very easy couple minute walk to the beach and the cabana is a very convenient option to have! You can walk or bike to Coligny and all the shops/restaurants there! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay!

Great location!

There are a lot of great things about this rental. The location is great! It is one of the closest units to the walking path to the beach. The beds are all very comfortable, the couch is very comfortable, the pool is right off the back deck, and the unit comes with all the extra little amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. The host is very easy to contact as well.

Wonderful Stay

Nice little place a short walk to the beach. The back deck with grill was super convenient as was the pool being right near the deck. Thomas (owner) was super communicative, friendly and responsive. If we come back to HHI, will definitely stay here.

Great property and great location

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is right across the street from the beach and steps from the pool, which was very convenient with 2 young children. It was a very short trip to Coligny, restaurants and grocery stores. Tom was a very responsive host. We’d come back for sure.

Perfect Location

Perfect location and nice place for a quick family get away. Bedrooms are upstairs up some awkward stairs and bathrooms and very small; so I wouldn’t recommend this for a family with toddlers. But a great setup for a family of 4 if the kids are old enough to mange themselves.

Why they chose this property

We loved vacationing on HHI while renting in Seascape. It is the perfect tropical settting while being extremly close to the beach, restaurants & shopping at Coligny Circle. When a unit became availabe in the front of the complex with the pool right out the back door we couldn't resist.
