so close to the beach

The location of this vrbo cannot be beaten - you're literally steps from the beach, and the pool is just outside the back door. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed was super comfy! Dino was also super helpful and responsive!

Excellent! Great location to the beach!

This place was everything we needed for our family. You walk out the front door, cross the street, and there is a path for a short walk to the beach. The host provides a lot of beach supplies so we didn't need to bring any. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed! The other two beds in the other room were firmer. It's important to note this is a two story condo so you must be comfortable with stairs. Overall we loved this place. The entire process was very easy and everything and then some was provided for us. We would stay at this place again. Thank you for hosting us!.

Lovely Home in South Forest Beach

We visited Hilton Head for four nights in March and had a wonderful stay. Seascape is convenient by bike or walking to Coligny Beach and is a quiet, nicely maintained property. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the view of the pool area and the spacious living and dining area. The host was gracious and communicative. Highly recommended!

Great location, very clean

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and teenage daughter. Condo has a great location, close to the beach and Coligny, plus patio is poolside. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Also close to bike rentals. We had a great time!

Fantastic, exactly what we needed.

We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the property-this was an excellent villa, very convenient to Coligny for beach and shopping. It was easy to relax in and again, super clean. The host was easy to get in touch with. We will likely try to book it again!

Great location and comfy beds!

Perfect location for a stay on Hilton Head. Close to great restaurants and beautiful Coligny Beach Park. Easy walk to the beach from the property and they had some beach towels, chairs, and sand toys in the closet as you walk in. If stairs are difficult for you, this may not be a good fit, but we absolutely loved it. Communication with property manager was easy and they were gracious to allow for a late checkout.

Incredible!

Can't say enough great things about this place! It's the best unit in Seascape because it's the closest to the pool and the path right to the beach. It also has every amenity for guests: tons of beach equipment, board games, books, and DVDs. Clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. And the host is so responsive and nice! We would stay here every time on Hilton Head.

Perfect Beach Getaway with an Ideal Location!

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this vacation townhome! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and the pool right in front made it super convenient for relaxing after a day in the sun. The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small issue we encountered was that the beach umbrella was broken, and the beach cart was on its last legs. However, once we informed the owner, he responded quickly and assured us he would replace them. His prompt response left a great impression. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

This place was amazing! It was clean, easy check in/check out. Communication was good. Right across from the beach and pool access right from the deck. Everything needed in the kitchen/bathrooms. Would definitely book again.

Great value!

This place is great - close to the beach walkway, right next to the pool and it’s well stocked. Bathrooms are smaller but it’s better to have two than one big one. Wasn’t a problem for us at all. Would stay here every year - looks like rates are increasing for next year by a good bit already, though. Overall a great place - maybe our favorite in 10+ years of visiting the island.

This was a great location, well stocked with essential items including beach chairs and a beach wagon. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was super clean. Being right by the pool was a huge plus with kids. We will definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! Right out the back door to the pool and right out the front door to walk to the beach! Property is very clean and a lot of great conveniences! We love HHI and would rent this condo again.

Quick Stop in Hilton Head

Loved this property, just a short walk to the beach, proximity to pretty much everything on the island. Quick drive or bike to shopping, restaurants and more. Area wasnt too busy though compared to the main strip, still felt quiet most of the day. the Villa is in nice condition, and offers a good amount of space for 2-4 people. Bed in the master room was VERY comfortable and Dino was great at replying to our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Memorial Weekend

Had a great long weekend. Condo is as close as it can be to the walkway to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment. Condo was clean. Beds were comfy. Floor plan a bit quirky and shower in hall bath is meant for small humans! Overall great last minute find for our trip.
