In the hills of Echo Park in the historic house,​ our place will provide you with a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet green street in the ​heart of Los Angeles.
The apartment​ is tastefully furnished with modern and antique furniture, antique and contemporary prints.
It has 1 bedroom with a ​comfortable vintage wood queen bed and a living room with a ​futon, converted to bed, 2 armchairs, table and chairs for work or to have a home meal or snack. Pillows, blanket, towels etc.
Kitchen equipped​ with gas stove, fridge, stainless steel pots and pans, electric pot, Nespresso coffee maker, french press, toaster, all kind of dishes, cups, glasses, silverware.
We provide some snacks, tea, coffee, bottled water for your enjoyment​.
The bathroom ​has ​​​ ​ a ​spacious​ shower with shampoo and conditioning, soap etc.

This property has it all: spacious accommodations, clean, and a beautiful view. Plus the hosts are very nice and very helpful. It can be a little hard to find, especially after dark, so I would recommend getting there during daylight hours if at all possible.

This location had a great view, up in the hills. Unit was large and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen so great for not having to eat out everyday.

Quiet, well-kept apartment with great parking for our car. Clear information, nice snacks provided, and a well-outfitted kitchen for the basics we needed! In December, the place was cozy and the heater worked great. Although the turn into the driveway was tricky to find ( difficult to see the address, especially from the direction one drives to get there), but once on the driveway it is clear and well-lit to guide you up!

I stayed here for almost two weeks. The apartment was a good size for two people. As described, it had a separate living room/dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom. The apartment was clean overall and located in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood. One of the biggest advantages is its location, as it’s close to Echo Park, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafés.The apartment is an old property, so there are a few things to keep in mind. The soundproofing is limited, and I could hear footsteps and conversations from the upstairs unit. The AC unit was also quite loud when running. Parking is easily available in front of the apartment, but the road leading to the parking area is very narrow, and the parking area itself is on a slope, so it can be a little challenging. Although the unit is on the first floor, there are still some stairs to reach it, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.Overall, it’s an affordable option if you’re looking for a convenient access to Echo Park.

I suggest you to read information about the place you rent, carefully, before you make a reservation. All your concern was described in a listing. The house located in a hill, with a beautiful view and lot of tree around, we have a lot of space for parking( not typical for Los Angelos) but it is a hillside, most people has no problem with it. Also, you may find the info in my listing description, that you need to claim stairs in order to get to apartment, as well as other concern, you expressed.

Dodger game getaway

The property was true to listing. Owners were amenable to sharing property information earlier than usual to help us with our trip planning. Hosts were very gracious and welcoming. Property was beautiful with lots of flowers.

Secluded but in the middle of things

This beautifully decorated apartment is perched amid oak trees on a ridge overlooking the broad LA River valley. Just over the hill behind the house is Echo Park, one of LA's trendiest neighborhoods.

Very scary road with switchbacks to get into house. Sign that said to “not put any toilet paper down the toilet but to dispose of it in a can”. Ewwww, raw sewage to deal with and the odor. We didn’t sign up for that and it wasn’t revealed until we checked in.

Echo Park rental

Cute and clean. Sound from traffic is 24/7. But I guess that’s anywhere in LA. No TV, so you hear more.
