We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It’s in need of a little TLC but what it lacks in modernity it more than makes up for in charm. Great location within easy reach of Honfleur and Deauville which is why we chose it. Large garden and outdoor space which was perfect for our grandchildren (aged 7 and 9) to play safely in.

Cute old house with lots of character. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Owner conveniently located nearby. Beds were comfortable. However, although the listing says “our prices include all fees, no hidden fees”, we found out the day before that we would be charged cash for sheets and towels. We were also unhappy that the downstairs kitchen and bathroom had a musty smell. Fair warning. Upstairs ceiling is sloped and low. All that aside, we had an uneventful, successful stay.

Ein tolles kleines Ferienhäuschen. Man muss wissen, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer über die Haustreppe links erreichbar ist. Küche ist sehr klein, aber auf den Bildern erkennbar. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Sehr netter Besitzer. Die Kinder haben den großen Garten genoßen und das sie das Trampolin und die Schaukel mit benutzen durften. Alles schnell erreichbar, wie z.B. Honfleur.

petite maison normande à Boulleville

négligences dans certains domaines : pas de bois utilisable pour le feu de cheminée . 2 couteaux disponibles pour un gite de 6 personnes . nombreux aliments périmés dans le placard de cuisine. mobilier de jardin vétuste. manque d'entretien de la végétation extérieure. le gite a du charme et l'endroit est très calme et reposant. L'accueil est simple et cordial.

Maison bien placée sur un terrain spacieux et bien entretenu. Nous avons été superbement bien accueilli. Très gentil et disponible. Un petit rafraichissement serait necessaire en raison de son grand âge mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon sejour

Matig onderhouden huis verwaarloosde tuin.

Aardige gastheer maar vluchtig en uitleg over electriciteit ontbrak en daarom deden lampen het niet. De stopcontacten waren ook slecht gemonteerd. Tuinmeubilair was vies en slecht geen kussens. Het verkeerslawaai van de weg is hoorbaar in de tuin. Huis is beneden wel snel en goed te verwarmen. Glazen tafel in de zitlamer vonden we onhandig. Gastvrouw was ook vriendelijk.

Un gîte avec beaucoup de charme, très bien situé pour visiter, beau jardin, très calme, hôtes accueillants et serviable. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés: l'adresse n'était pas à jour, c'était donc un peu difficile à trouver; la salle de bains pourrait être modernisée. On a néanmoins passé un très bon séjour

Jolie maison normande

Nous avons passé des merveilleux jours dans cette jolie veille maison normande avec sa grande cheminée, son jardin spacieux, idéal pour nous qui étions là avec nos enfants et petite fille. Madame et Monsieur Froudière étaient très acceuillants et tout était facile à trouver. La maison a offert tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Alors, parfait!

Agréable séjour

Maison type cottage anglais avec beaucoup de charme et idéalement placée. Beau et grand parc qui permet aux enfants de jouer. Cuisine peu fonctionnelle mais on s'adapte. Chambre du haut pas du tout adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge. L'accès à la chambre par l'extérieur est rigolo sauf lorsqu'il pleut... Quelques petits travaux seraient nécessaires. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
