Unique and charming house

The house upon arrival was as wonderful as its picture, it had all modern amenities and excellent broadband. Very sympathetically restored and in an amazing position. Thierry was the perfect host and very friendly with local knowledge. An excellent base to explore the Carmague and Provence. Highly recommend.

Nous recommandons

Le propriétaire est sympa et accueille trÚs bien. La maison est propre et équipée correctement. La terrasse est belle, spacieuse et avec le jacuzzi c'est top. Nous ne sommes pas des adeptes de la région et y étions par obligation familiale mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour et, comme dit dans le titre, nous recommandons cette location.

Goed verblijf gehad

Mooi verblijf - groot-rustig. Alles aanwezig zowel keuken, badkamer, terras. Goed contact met host. Zeer vriendelijk man. Advertentie klopt volledig. Nakomen van afspraken zeer goed. Niets aan te merken . Mooie omgeving. Niet ver van stranden fos-sur-mer. Mooi uitzicht op vijver met flamingos. Veel uitstappen mogelijk vanuit Istres. Wij zijn tevreden.

Ferienhaus im Fels mit wunderbarem Panorama

Die Wohnung hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einem besonderen Charme. Man fĂŒhlt sich mitten in der Natur wenn man sein FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Schatten einer riesigen Steineiche genießt. Wir haben das Domizil als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Besichtigungen von Arles, Nimes, Le Baux, Ste Maries de la Mer, Aigues Mortes, LeGrau Du Roi und natĂŒrlich Istres selbst genutzt. Istres hat 2 StrĂ€nde am Etang de Berre die innerhalb 10 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die StrĂ€nde von Fos sur Mer sind auch in 15 min. erreichbar, allerdings ist die Industriekulisse und die Abgase aus den Schornsteinen abstoßend; das ist leider eine negative Erscheinung in der Region; da muss man nicht hin. Die Wohnung an sich bietet alles was man braucht, inklusive Whirlpool auf der Terasse. Der Vermieter Thierry ist ein Organisationstalent, er ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch seine Familie die vor Ort wohnt. Danke, Thierry et famille!!

Nice house and nice stay

We had a nice stay at this house. The location is ideal for exploring both the Carmague and the Provence regions. Unfortunately, there is a lot of industry at the bay at Fos-Sur-Mer, so the beaches there are not recommendable. However, the beaches in the Carmague are very nice and still reachable within 45 minutes drive. The house itself has a very nice view and tasteful furnishings. We enjoyed our stay a lot. There is some traffic on the nearby road, however not so much in the mornings and evenings. The communication with Thierry was very friendly and efficient. We can recommend this house for Provence- and Carmague-lovers, who do not mind driving around by car.

Schönes Haus & freundlicher Gastgeber

Ein ganz besonderes Ferienhaus in toller Lager. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert, auch vor Ort war er stets hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus an sich bietet alles, was ein Ferienhaus haben muss. Auch die in der Vergangenheit teils bemĂ€ngelte KĂŒchenausstattung scheint inzwischen ausgebessert worden zu sein. Das Highlight ist mit Sicherheit die Terasse mit dem Whirlpool. Die Lage ist gut, das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen "Etang", an dem sich viele Flamingos einfinden, und befinden sich vielfĂ€ltige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus nur empfehlen!

schönes Felsenhaus

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, das HĂ€uschen ist urgemĂŒtlich und sauber. Der eigene Whirlpool war super, die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, dafĂŒr sehr ruhig mit nettem Ausblick. Einziges Manko; es gibt keine ToilettentĂŒr. Ansonsten ist alles wie auf den Bildern.

Helemaal jezelf zijn lukt hier uitstekend

Het huis biedt alles wat nodig is. De tuin is hooggelegen met prachtig uitzicht op o.m. de flamingo's in het meertje. Het is er rustig, veel zon en voldoende schaduwplekken. De jaccuzi is een extra verwennerij. De omgeving biedt karakteristieke natuur, historie, cultuur en voldoende sfeervolle horeca, met steden als Arles in de buurt ben je prima 'uit' en 'thuis'.

Liebhaber-Objekt in Provance

Wunderschönes altes Haus - nicht fĂŒr jemanden, der nur Komfort und allgemeine Urlaubserwartungen schĂ€tzt. Die SteinwĂ€nde bringen die KĂŒhle ins Haus, man braucht keine Klima-Anlage, die Vögel sind laut, die Fenster sind klein, die Luft ist feucht, das Besteckt hat bessere Zeiten erlebt. FĂŒr die Frankreich-Erfahrene ist jedoch ideal: in einer halber Stunde ist man am Strand oder bei den Pferden oder in einer der kleinen StĂ€dte in Provence. Tolle Restaurants im Hafen - sehr zu empfehlen. Die HandtĂŒcher werden nicht trocken und die Dusche ist wie alle französische Duschen :-) Wichtig: wirklich nicht fĂŒr die Hunde and Co und nicht fĂŒr Raucher geeignet. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Fazit: etwas Besonderes mit Flair, Flamingo und FledermĂ€use, nicht fĂŒr Jedermann. Sehr netter Vermieter :-)

Super petite maison oĂč on a passĂ© un bon moment avec nos 3 enfants.

Cadre super pour une bonne dĂ©connexion. Terrasse super agrĂ©able et avec le jacuzzi c Ă©tait super. La localisation gĂ©ographique est idĂ©ale. Non loin des calanques de Marseille, de la mignonne pte ville de Cassis, de la Camargue. . En terme d equipement, la maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de tt ce qu il faut. Maison bien propre. PropriĂ©taire s est montrĂ© bien disponible (sabs ĂȘtre invasif) pour que nous ayons tout ce qu il faut pr un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour . A tester absolument lors de votre sĂ©jour, le massage d 1h par Marie (coordonnĂ©es ds la maison) qui vient Ă  domicile et offre Ă  un super prix un moment de dĂ©tente magique et trĂšs professionnel.

TrĂšs belle maison authentique, tout confort. Superbe vue sur l' etang et ses flamants rose. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jours en famille. Surprise du "chef".....un jacuzzi en remplacement de la fontaine...au top. Camargue, Alpilles,Nimes,Arles,Marseilles, la cotes MĂ©diterranĂ©e en 45min...nickel. Tout commerces en 3 min. Si je peux me permettre, en amĂ©lioration....un micro onde Ă  renouveler et un peu plus de vaisselle ( assiettes, verres).....mais c est du dĂ©tails 🙂 Merci
