- A stand-alone main house with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that sleeps up to 4 (as it also has two sofa/beds available in the living room area). The main room features sliding doors to the saltwater pool & fully stocked kitchen.

- And one separate and a fully equipped studio apartment in a separate unit with amazing ocean views. The studio apartment sleeps up to 3 people in downstairs with all amenities including A/C

Enjoy the many spectacular ocean views in this open and spacious beach house. The beachfront is pristine and private. Space is securely gated with the advantage of an on-site security guard.

Casa Piña is a comfortable tropical paradise for your family/friends to enjoy and it’s only 30 meters to the beach passing through the flower-filled jungle yard! You can walk and explore the beach and nearby jungle for hours of tranquillity without being disturbed.

The place:
Playa Negra is a black sand beach that stretches for more than 10km. It provides brisk ocean breezes, dense forests, and wildlife of all kinds. A paradise home for a host of mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and sea creatures.
You will enjoy several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun.
Our central location makes it just a short drive or bike ride to Puerto Viejo Town where you will find a plethora of restaurants suitable to every palate and lots of live music venues and diverse shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, car, bike, and scooter rental offices, clothing and souvenir shops, tour and excursion offices, and banks.
There are endless things to do in the area of Puerto Viejo! There are zip line jungle tours, yoga, and fitness classes, several great animal rescue centers and sanctuaries to visit, fishing expeditions, snorkeling, surf lessons, Caribbean cooking classes, guided jungle hikes to beautiful waterfalls, horseback riding on the beach, permaculture and organic farm tours, and tours through the indigenous lands with the native BriBri for starters!
