The living area has lushes views out the windows, two sofas, and a flat screen tv. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true with its ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and wine fridge! The island can seat up to five guests and the formal dining table can seat up to ten hungry people. Grab a drink out of the separate bar refrigerator, climb upstairs to the rooftop deck, and experience the famous views.

The primary bedroom is bright with natural sunlight coming in through the large doors leading to your private balcony, and the ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom will make guests feel at sea with its nautical theme décor and the ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms will make getting a peaceful night's rest a breeze and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom will make anyone feel like a sea captain and has ample space in the closet for vacation attire. Off the third-level living room, you will find the fifth bathroom that features a shower and tub combination.

On the bottom floor is the game room that features a foosball table and plenty of room for other family games.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
