The living room is bright and airy, with large windows and doors that open to the balconies and an oversized sofa to relax on while watching a movie. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, custom designed with a dazzling quartz kitchen island complete with bar stools, upgraded appliances, and plenty of open, flowing space for everyone to hang out. Enjoy delicious meals in the chic dining room and have someone mix some group favorites at the wet bar to pair with dinner.
On the third floor is the incredible primary bedroom with a fresh beach feel, a private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and an enclosed shower with a standalone tub. Five of the bedrooms are fitted with King beds that have plush bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and some have balconies! Two of the bedrooms have King beds, flat panel TVs, luggage storage, and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ninth bedroom is styled with a full over full bunk that the younger crew will love and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
