Belle vue sur mer

Appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer, commerces et village à proximité. Petit bémol, la baignoire n’est pas pratique , une douche pour location saisonnière me semble plus adaptée,

Séjour immeuble Le Grand Large

L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, correctement équipé et surtout bénéficie d’une très belle vue sur mer, du port du Lavandou jusqu’à Bormes. L’accueil de l’agence immobilière qui gère les lieux en l’absence des propriétaires a été professionnel et agréable et ils sont même allés acheter des casseroles que nous avions signalé manquantes (il n’y en avait qu’une seule toute petite - un des bémols réside dans l’équipement pour cuisiner qui est assez restreint et hétérogène, tout juste suffisant en l’état pour quatre personnes). L’accès à la plage est immédiat (50 mètres), pénalisé seulement par un ascenseur qui bat des records de lenteur… La terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas avec vue sur le golf du Lavandou ce qui est bien sûr très agréable. Un parking permet d’accueillir une quinzaine de véhicules, seuls les premiers arrivés y ont droit. Mais la place du marché permet de se garer facilement sauf le jeudi, jour de marché. Le vrai bémol est l’avenue du Pdt Auriol, sur laquelle donnent les chambres : énormément de bruits une bonne partie de la nuit (scooters pétaradants, courses de motos et autres engins hyper bruyants type Harley, pas une nuit où nous avons pu fermer l’œil avant deux heures du matin…). Incompréhensible que la commune ne fasse pas installer des ralentisseurs et que tout cela ne soit pas plus régulé ! À part cela les enfants garderont un bon souvenir de ce séjour avec la plage aussi proche.

Direkt am Sandstrand. Viele Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Essen gehen eher teuer.Liegen am Mieten ab 30€

Die Wohnung ist super. Alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Sonnenaufgang ein Traum. Es hätte sauberer sein können. Gerne wieder.

très bien, bien qu'un peu bruyant côté chambres

très bien... avec un gros bémol le jour du départ, suite à une panne électrique, nous avons dû tout descendre à pied et remonter à pieds les 6 étages ( deux jeunes enfants, un lit parapluie et tous les bagages )
