Detached single storey tropical villa located in the Blue Bay Golf & Beach resort, a luxury resort, with 24-hour secure entrance, 5 minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.

Villa Divi Divi enjoys an exceptional location, facing the golf course, at the end of a pedestrian path. Unlike other villas in the resort, the view is magnificent and unobstructed, no one walks past your house to get to the beach and you won't be overlooked. The villa being on one level, you will not have any neighbors above or below, which guarantees peace and quiet. The villas on 2 levels in the village are, however, much noisier than this one.

Once you have booked, I will send you a tourist guide that I have written along the last few years to help you plan your vacation, including activities to do on the island, our favorite beaches and restaurants as well as some useful tips. YIt will make you save precious vacation time!

Our property manager's team will check you in upon arrival or the next day and they will be there to answer your questions since they have lived in Curaçao for many years. They will also be there to help if you need help around the house. This villa is really nice! Everything worked. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was always answered in a timely manner. Lots of mosquitoes so be prepared. 2 of the rooms do have nets but seem kind of un sanitary but very useful!

Perfect location for family vacation

Very comfortable villa in my favorite area to stay in Curacao. Beds are comfy; AC works well. Kitchen is well-appointed. Views over the golf-course make it feel private even though there are 40 other units around you. Short walk to the pool and beach. Communication with Stephanie and the local property management was very good.PS. We left a 2000 piece puzzle 1/3rd-done for the next family to finish!

Awesome Sauce Vacation

Just spent 5 weeks at this villa. It is everything that is described in the overview and more. Very clean and comfortable. The view is great as it is right on the golf course and there are no other villas obstructing your view. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes or less. The surrounding beaches are fabulous. They are all unique in their own way. This villa is centrally located so that you can drive to the nearby supermarket or a 10 minute drive to Willemstad. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone of all ages. Will definitely return soon.

Perfect property for doing everything! The location is excellent; short walk along lovely garden paths to the pool and the awesome beach. Also a couple of great restaurants and the beach bar hosting daily Happy Hour! The villa is well equipped with even some extra perks like snorkels and flippers with which to discover the great snorkelling available right off the beach. The owner is exceptionally prompt and thorough (and patient) in answering questions. A couple minor issues were attended to immediately. For golfers, note there is an extra perk of a discount using the property card. You cannot go wrong with spending your vacation at Villa Divi Divi.

The villa was well situated with a lovely view of the golf course and a spacious patio to soak it all in. It was also well equipped with all the necessary amenities you'd find at home. In terms of areas for improvement, the villa could have been outfitted with another AC as the temperature on the island is usually quite hot. Also the amount of electricity covered by the rental is not too realistic given the temperature on the island, especially where a medium to large family is renting the premises.

Blue Bay area is spectacular and the island of Curacao is beautiful

The property is dated and could use a refresh. There is a lot of new construction in the area and I would stay at a more modern property on my next visit. The add listed that there was gym at the resort and there is no gym, so that was a big miss for me as I work out daily and they want 35 euros fro a drop-in fee in town, so I did not train for the 10 days I was there. The grounds are well kept and the unit is clean, but the nesspresso machine was broken and no one came to fix or replace it. The property manager never came by to say hello and show us around.

Great stay at villa divi divi!

We stayed here for a week in July 2024. We had an amazing trip! Stephanie, the owner was excellent with communication from the beginning. Our favorite part of the villa was the huge deck with couches, table and chairs, hammocks and loungers overlooking the beautiful golf course! Great views and don’t see other villas from there. We would start and end our days sitting out there.! The pedestrian walkway to the beach and pool were scenic and quick. The description of the villa was accurate. We initially were worried about no ac in the living room but it was fine because we kept the big doors wide open and got the breeze. The Ac’s in bedroom worked great. Blue Bay resort is wonderful with the beach, pool, and restaurants. Central location to explore the entire island!

Cool place to enjoy your sunny vacation

The Blue Bay Resort itself is located on the best spot in the island. Not far from the main city, but in a calm bay with fine sand and beach. As for the Villa Divi Divi, it is just perfect! At least for us and our needs. It is exactly as it was described on the site. Great veranda to enjoy pleasant afternoons, with wonderful view to the golf playground with the lake. We even saw flamingos one evening. The kitchenette and furniture are in a good condition. Stephanie provided everything someone need to spend and enjoy his or her time on the sunny island. The conversation between us before and during our stay, was very easy with quick, helpful and adequate answers. All in all we couldn't ask for more for our pleasant stay in Curacao. I totally recommend Villa Divi Divi and it's charming host Stephanie!

Villa Divi Divi and host Stephanie are the best!

First I would like to say that Stephanie is a wonderful host. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries and was very accommodating with my requests. Villa Divi Divi itself is very comfortable and the location is prime. The deck area was much more private than the other villas because it faced the golf course with no other villas right next door. Such a relaxing spot for morning coffee and such great views! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is not far and it is a quick walk to the beach at Blue Bay. We found the snorkeling from the beach there to be better than several other spots around the island that we tried. The snorkeling equipment provided at the villa came in handy. All in all it was a lovely vacation and Villa Divi Divi is a relaxing comfortable place to hang out after a day at the beach or hiking in one of the parks. I highly recommend this place! Best family vacation at Villa Divi Divi

We stayed at Villa Divi Divi in March 2024 as a group of 7 (1 infant). Not only was the villa well equipped for our youngest traveler, with a crib and 2 high chairs, but it was a perfect homebase for a vacation and adventure to be remembered! The Blue Bay Resort is safe, impeccably maintained, and boasts wonderful amenities including a beauty of a beach. The villa itself is equally as lovely, with beautiful views of the golf course, books to read, hammocks to lounge on, and a killer indoor/outdoor speaker system. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic food preparation, although admittedly not ideal for cooking large or involved meals. The fantastic restaurants on site more than make up for it! My only warning is to come prepared for the bugs in the evening, and to sleep with the provided bug nets. The bugs in Curacao, as it turns out, are as relentless as the heat and good times. You will not regret your stay at Villa Divi Divi. I am already planning my next visit.

Villa with a view

We really enjoyed our recent 2 week stay at Villa Divi Divi with our family. Right from the booking experience to our last day, the owner was very detailed, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The villa was well appointed with all that we needed to prepare meals, lounge or dine on the wrap around verandah. Each bedroom had a separate air conditioning unit for use at night for comfortable sleeping. From the villa with a rental car we were able to enjoy several activities in beautiful Curacao. We hiked up Mount Christoffel, visited Sheta Boka, enjoyed snorkelling with turtles at Playa Grande, visited several beaches in Westpunt and a few trips to Willemstad. We really enjoyed the Visserij, a casual oceanside fresh fish restaurant. Barracuda was sold out and went back on the menu as they walked in with one that was just caught - now that's fresh! The seared tuna was amazing! The resort provided many activities as well such as restaurants, beach, snorkelling from the beach, and tennis. We also enjoyed a round of golf for an extra fee. We can recommend the Blue Bay Dive Shop which allowed us to complete the PADI open water course successfully. The instructors were pleasant and knowledgeable. A catamaran trip to Westpunt through the dive shop was a highlight! We highly recommend this villa!

Great place for a family

We loved this trip so much and the location was perfect. The view of the golf course is beautiful, there is alot of privacy, too. It's less than 5 min walk to the beach and less to the pool. The place itself was great although the outdoor fan didn't work which was a drag. We used the AC at nights only and we had alot of wiggle room on the electricity allotment. The bugs are terrible so that's frustrating, but the big bets help. Can't blame the place for the bugs anyway. The good: patio is amazing, views are great, location is awesome, kitchen has everything you could want Cons: the lighting is absolutely awful and there aren't really good places to store clothes. The biggest con is actually the company that services the check in. They were aggressive about needing an arrival time so they could leave us a note letting us know they would come between 10&11 the next day which was very inconvenient. They also didn't give us any helpful info anyway so it was an annoying waste of our time. The directions to the house are also hard to understand, but there is a reception near where you enter and they will give good directions!! Overall we loved it and hope to be back

Francois is anesthesiologist and likes to paint modern art, do sculpture, trekking and a little golf during his free time. I'm Stephanie : a while ago, I used to work in a start-up in the textile business worldwide. Now, I help my husband with its accountancy, sometimes work as a free-lance to create websites and I mainly raise our 2 kids. I love making new friends, traveling and organizing trips and events. I'm currently learning Italian & I love cooking, reading, walking, cycling, skiing and diving.

Why they chose this property

We discovered Curaçao during a house exchange a few years ago and we fell in love with the place. We have bought this house in order to spend our holidays and part of our retirement there. We have never rented out the villa yet but we've already exchanged it several times. We're always very happy to make people discover our beautiful Caribbean paradise.

What makes this property unique

- Our villa is very family friendly: this is the reason why we bought it because we spent the best holidays with our 2 little kids ever. A beautiful beach and pools with sun beds at a walking distance, many activities for children all around the island, a kids club to spend some free time, restaurants onsite to avoid cooking sometimes (with long-distance walkie talkies, you can even leave your children at home while you go to the restaurant if they are old enough to stay alone at home).
- tremendous & relaxing view over the golf course, its lake and flamingos
- perfect for lovers because the place is very romantic.
- perfect for a group of friends because there are many things to go : plenty of good restaurants, many live concerts, jazz festival every year in end of August
- diving paradise,
- golf onsite (plus another golf on the island to discover).

Curaçao is a guarantee for great holidays because:
- the temperature is always nice : around 29 Celsius degrees (84 Fahrenheit degrees), with a nice breeze and the sea is warm all year round.
- there is no hurricane season since Curacao is outside the hurricane belt
- it's safe contrary to many places around the globe nowadays unfortunately
- people are nice
