The property is available for a full week only, with check-in on Saturday, 4 PM, February 14, 2026, and check-out on Saturday, 10 AM, February 21, 2026. The base cost for the weeklong stay, together with Peak 8's excellent amenities and the resort's immediate access to the slopes, is $2,100, an excellent price versus comparable properties. An additional $119 fee provides $5,000 in damage protection coverage for the property during your stay.

Very nice condo

The property is perfectly situated on the slopes. The ski locker was clean and easy to use. The property was great with lots to do. The room was very nice. The master bed was very comfortable. The pull out bed was very firm. Enjoyed our time.

We loved staying here! It is clean and a fantastic location. Richard is great and super easy to work with from start to finish. He is very proactive and follows up to may sure everything is Ok. Would definitely stay again!

Grand Colorado peak 8

We had a great time staying at Grand Colorado and would stay here again. The location is excellent and amenities are great. The place was very clean. Can’t beat the convenience of staying right at peak 8. Kids loved the pools, hot tubs and movie theaters. Richard was great to rent from. He was very detailed, helpful, and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and rent from him. Great vacation.

The Perfect Ski Vacation Accommodations

We lived in Breckenridge last year and travel out there frequently to ski and to visit friends. We have never before stayed directly on the mountain, but would definitely do it again. Richard and Melody are fantastic hosts and their condo is a perfect set up for a small family or couple. The condo is not large, but it's all that you need and has a great view. The kitchenette has everything necessary for cooking a quick breakfast before heading out to the sloes or lunch mid day. The ski locker set up is perfect for skier convenience and you walk right out onto the mountain. The aquatics center (hot tubs, pools, etc,...) is lovely with a great locker room with tons of amenities and the grotto (21 and over hot tub, sauna, steam room, and lounge area). Both the main bed and the pull out sofa were very comfortable and the front desk is very accommodating with anything extra that you might need (an extra comforter or blanket, coffee or tea). The owners were very helpful, always thinking of things that we might need to know, or sending along resources for us to use. I highly recommend this property and renting from Richard and Melody.
