DUPLEX IN THE CENTER OF PORTICCIO
Nice bright and air-conditioned duplex in a pleasant residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio, located 250m from the beach.
This duplex on the ground floor, consists of 4 beds (double bed and 2 single beds in mezzanine, or 2 double beds), a TV, a kitchen, washing machine,
a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a terrace with table and umbrella.
Ideally located, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, the residence offers an exceptional environment
The car is not necessary.
In the center of Porticcio, you can enjoy all the sports activities (boat, diving, horse riding ....), restaurants, shops and various amenities.
The city of Ajaccio is 15 minutes by car (bus or shuttle boat) and the airport 10 minutes.
Other rentals may be available if you wish to come more.
Bed linen and towels on request at extra charge.
Cleaning is mandatory: 35 €
Pets are not accepted.
