This OCEAN VIEW 2 Bed/2 Bath Hermosa Beach home is just a block to the beach and 200 yards from the Hermosa Beach Pier. Spend your days relaxing on the sand with shopping, restaurants, and bike/watersport rentals just steps away!The space

This charming beach bungalow sits less than a block away from the beach and about 200 yards from the shops/dining on the famous Pier Avenue. The property has a spacious living room with plenty of seating that is open to the kitchen and dining area. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and the dining area seats 6. There is also a separate washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and beautiful OCEAN VIEWS, a second bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a bathroom with dual sinks and an over-sized shower. The large backyard has an enclosed patio with a lots of outdoor space, Built-in BBQ, a dining table with seating for 6, and an outdoor shower! There is also private parking in the back of the property for one large SUV or two mid-sized cars.

House includes a bonus room with desk and TV located off the patio. Additional bed available upon request. Please inquire for more details.

Property is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, The Comedy and Magic Club and the Hermosa Beach pier. There is also access to water sport rentals across the street for boogie boards, surf boards, and bikes. This is the perfect place to spend your vacation!

Guests are renting the entire house, they have access to everything.

Interaction with guests

We leave it up to the guests. In our experience, most prefer privacy and we respect that. At the same time, we are happy to answer any questions, provide guidance, and show our guests around the downtown area should they request it. We provide our cell phones and do our best to assure our visitors have everything thing they need.

We stayed at this adorable beach house to celebrate an early Thanksgiving weekend with our family and it was perfect in every way! The host was super responsive and friendly. Great location near the beach, pier shops and restaurants. Nice open kitchen and family room, ample parking, comfortable beds, cozy decor. Enjoyed the front porch and back patio area. Loved it all and look forward to booking again!

Check in was a Breeze! The kitchen was well stocked with pans/dishes etc. We ate every breakfast at the house and made several sit down dinners the kitchen was perfect for all our needs. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms were roomy and attractive. The house was perfect for our trip. There were 5 of us never did we feel crammed. Additionally the location is awesome. The HOSTS were always available if I had a question and seemed sincerely concerned about our enjoyment. We were sad to leave!

Beach Vacation

We were blown away by the beauty and location of this property. We were steps away from the beach and it had all the comforts of home and an amazing view. We had a great family vacation. It was so relaxing and the property manager and host were so welcoming and helpful. We were so pleased with everything. The property was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and supplies in the house. The location was amazing. It was our favorite place that we have stayed. We can't wait to come again! This property is beautiful, clean, and extremely convenient to stay in. The hosts were very gracious with a delicious gift basket and with checking in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. The house also has AC which we didn’t realize until we arrived. So nice.

Fantastic location

We stayed for two weeks and truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is ideally situated a very short walk from the beach, which worked well with our two small children, as well as a short walk to restaurants and the pier. The area felt very safe. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the back patio. The ease of the private parking was critical for us as well. We were able to enjoy days spent just at the beach (when we did not use the car at all), as well as days driving to various points of interest around LA. This house, and Hermosa Beach in general, served as a great home base for our two week stay in the LA area. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home, perfect location

I was in Hermosa Beach to help my daughter get settled after she moved. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property itself is beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, and there was plenty of space in the living areas. The back patio was large, a great outdoor space. Everything you needed to spend time at the beach was available for use, including towels and chairs. Located about a half block from the beach, it was convenient to restaurants, shops, the Strand, and the piers. I look forward to returning!

The property is very pleasant. The location allows you to park the car and walk everywhere.

I appreciated very much how clean it was. I'm very picky about it and this is the first time that I find a rental house in such a clean and nice condition. The property manager was always available to help. The location was as described. It becomes a bit noisy by night but the house it self lays on a single parcel and it's enough isolated.

Excellent Vacation Stay!

This property was very clean, updated, comfortable king size beds, and all of the amenities needed to make a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to several restaurants and the piers (Hermosa, Manhattan and Redondo), and the Hermosa beach is literally right there. Bike rental shop around the corner. Booking was easy and Ezra the property manager was extremely nice and helpful. My parents and I felt quite spoiled! We would highly recommend this beach vacation home.
