A rural atmosphere ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Fully fenced, closed by electric gate, 3 car parking, with unprotected swimming pool (1-1. 50 m), children's swings, covered barbecue with tables and chairs.
This pleasant house has 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite (double bed) with bathroom (wc, bath), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed). A second bathroom equipped with a toilet and a shower. Many closets and storage.
A 3rd independent toilet with hand basin.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas hob ...), living room. All the rooms open onto the outside with bay windows.
A laundromat with washing machine.
The simple, friendly, warm decoration will allow you to enjoy the calm of nature and all the comforts.

Terrible location, no wifi

basically, the address sent to us was wrong, communication with property manager was lacking, we were only able to get to the house 3 hours after we first arrived at the wrong location. After arriving we realised there was no internet whatsoever and the house made terrible noises during the night, literally terrifying. Do not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Produit tout a fait conforme a l annonce.Style épuré et fonctionnel avec vue et luminosité qq soit la pièce de la maison. Nous étions prévenu de la caméra mais nous pensions qu elle étais immédiatement a l entree.Le seul bemol est un bruit quotidien autant de jour que de nuit d aboiements de chiens.D ou la difficulté de dormir fentre ouverte. Mais joli pays et séjour de qualité

Séjour de 15 jours très agréable dans une maison contemporaine et confortable, ouverte sur l’extérieur. Emplacement donnant la possibilité de visiter le Nord du Portugal : Guimarães, porto, la côte atlantique, les parcs naturels, voir l’Espagne à 1h. Les plus la piscine sans vis à vis et un très bon contact avec Fernanda, très réactive qui en plus parle bien le français. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans une belle maison, en particulier l'exterieur et les vues splendides des chambres. Il y a un belle piscine, un beau terrain, barbecue et terrasse à l'ombre. Villaverde est une belle ville, il y a toutes les commodités à proximité et beaucoup de choses a visiter dans les alentours. Un bémol, la propreté de la maison qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut attendre d'une location de ce standing.

Séjour agréable

Belle maison d'architecte, propre et très bien équipée. Toutes les pièces sont grandes et agréables. L'extérieur est également idéal pour les vacances, avec une grande piscine, un beau jardin et un espace couvert avec barbecue. Les villages alentours présentent peu d’intérêt touristique mais la maison est à 30 mn de Braga, de ponte de lima, de ponte de barca et Arcos. Guimares, et le magnifique Parc national de Peneda-Gerês sont également à proximité. Parmi les points qui pourraient être améliorés, on peut citer quelques équipements un peu vieillissants qui pourraient être rénovés comme les salles de bain et les baies vitrés. Enfin, le village est assez bruyant, car peuplé de nombreux chiens qui aboient régulièrement.

Recomendo vivamente esta casa passámos uma semana espectacular com um tempo incrível, foi nos dado toda a informação pela senhora responsável pela casa sempre prestável, o comando avariou solucionou logo o problema, de resto foi incrível. A casa faz juz as fotos, piscina muito boa e casa simplesmente linda e bem ampla.

A casa é excelente! Na cozinha, tem todos os utensílios necessários, o frigorífico avariou mas no dia seguinte recebemos um novo, bravo! Os quartos amplos com janelas panorâmicas, todos virados para a piscina, foi um sucesso para a família. Usamos várias vezes o grill e foi ótimo. A piscina tem umas dimensões ótimas, aproveitamos ao máximo, inclusive a água esteve sempre numa temperatura de 26/28 graus, maravilha. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela dona Fernanda e pelo senhor Joaquim que nos puseram sempre a vontade em relação a tudo.. um agradecimento especial a eles. Bom trabalho 😊

Really nice stay

Everything was excellent, we have all that we need in the house and somethings that we thought we needed to buy, the owner left it for us, detergent for washing machine for example was one of them I just have 2 things to point out that are very minor. 1 - On Saturday morning a man came to the house to clean the pool, and we should been warn about this in the check-in process. At least so won't be caught by surprise when he entered the premises of the house. 2 - It should be more clear that the garbage is to be left in the street without any dumpster and the truck will pass on some days of the week and pick up. We didn't know and we went searching for a dumpster on the main road without any luck
