Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Cabin studio on the higher floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 25 m² and a superb large terrace of 75 m² offering a breathtaking panoramic seaview. Entrance hall, cupboard, bathroom with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room is fitted with a sofa bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchenette (electric burners, small oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine). The main rooms have access to the terrace. Parking space n°74. Additional visitor's tax
