Villa of independent character of 150m ² being able to accomodate 10 people. Comprising 4 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet.
Located on the heights of Anopolis, 2 kilometers from the seaside resort of Kokkini Hani, 15 kilometers from the center of Heraklion towards Agios Nikolaos on the north coast of the island.
Private pool and heated in low season. Calm and pleasant frame with sight on sea and mountain.
Geographical point north center of Crete, perfect for a departure to discover the island.
To facilitate your holidays, we offer a range of services such as free airport / villa transfer, refrigerator on request, cleaning service included every 3 days with change of towels. Change of sheets every week.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht.

Leider waren bei den anderen 3 Villen nur junge Holländer die Party machten bis morgens 5-6 Uhr. Es gab Nächte da waren es bis weit über 50 Personen die Party machten und die ganze Nacht durch. Die Kinder und wir haben die ersten 4 Nächte kein Auge zu getan. Es wäre ratsam wendig Häuser nur an junge Leute vermietet werden oder nur an Familien. Beides zusammen lässt sich kein erholsamen Urlaub machen. Wir haben schon letzten August 2020 gebucht also wusste der Vermieter das wir eine Familiendrama mit Kleinkinder. Wären wir nur 1 woche geblieben wäre das kein akzeptabler Urlaub gewesen. Die Vermieter haben uns ein anderes älteres Haus angeboten wäre aber für Kinder mit einer Beeinträchtigungen,wie es unser Enkelkind hat kein gutes Haus gewesen. Daher haben wir das abgelehnt und die Vermieter haben mit den jungen Leute gesprochen das es keine Party mehr geben soll mit so vielen fremden Personen aus aller Welt und darin corona Zeiten.

Lovely modern well equipped villa made all the better by really accommodating host.

The property lived up to the pictures and was just what we were looking for. Angelina organised pick ups from the airport and car hire. The latter was essential as the property is 3km up a hill from the shops and restaurants although very close to Water Park. Any small issues were quickly sorted out and Angelina was the perfect host ensuring we had a stress free stay. Even though our stay was just 5 nights the villa was cleaned part way through and we all got clean towels etc. I think we all would have been happy to stay longer. We booked it because we were running the Crete Half Marathon and it was well located just a half hour to forty minutes drive to the event. 3 couples and 3 separate on suite bathrooms worked well as we all had our own space.
