If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

The property's elevator will be replaced this year. The work will be conducted between August 15th - October 31st 2025. During the this time the elevator will not be operational and guest will be required to use the stairs.
