Apartment / studio for 2 or 3 people, independent in a quiet, wooded and fenced property with swimming pool, large sunny terrace, in a small village in Provence between Aix and Aubagne, 20 minutes from the beach.
Ideally located for exploring Provence, 18 km from Aix en Provence, 25 km from Marseille, 20 km from Cassis and its creeks and beaches.
Welcome to Provence!
Near Sainte Victoire and Sainte Baume massif

The 25 square meter apartment has a large private sunny terrace with a beautiful open view not overlooked.
Entrance with cupboards, Equipped kitchen area, with fridge, 3 gas burners and 1 electric hob, microwave, coffee maker.Kettle.
You will also find some basic products like sugar / salt / pepper / oil / vinegar / tea / coffee / filters / paper towel / toilet paper / dishwashing product etc,
Shower room with shower, sink and WC,
Main room with dining area, 140x190 cm double bed (new bedding 2017, 23 cm mattress!), television, sofa. Bed linen and shower towels provided.

The sofa bed can be used for sleeping a third person or a child.
Parking in the fenced garden in front of the apartment.
The swimming pool with deckchairs in the garden is shared with the owners. Swimming pool not fenced!

From the house you can go mountain biking or walking, the trails start at the end of our street.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in a small village with some shops within walking distance.
The apartment is located next to our house but is completely independent. You can park your car in front of the apartment.
We will be available to welcome you and answer your needs and all your questions during your stay and will be delighted to welcome you under the sun of Provence.

We speak French, English and Dutch.

Car essential.
Motorway access 5 km. free bus to Aubagne.

Children welcome but be aware that access to the pool is not fenced and may not be suitable for families with young children, contact us for more information .......

Studio propre, bien équipé avec literie confortable. Accueil sympathique et serviable de la propriétaire. Seul bémol : l’absence de wifi et la 3 ou 4G difficilement accessible Région magnifique. Un petit conseil : faire la route des Crêtes de cassis à La Ciotat. Top !
