Clean and adequate

Not very close to stores or restaurants, lots of barred windows, although neighborhood was very quite during the week.

Dirty

I get it’s an old house but leaving a cabinet door under the sink broken off hinges, dirty floors, even the dish soap dispenser was dirty. Don’t get me started on the condition of the porch and the grill. Towels left in the dryer. Lint trap had so much lint packed in it. Fire waiting to happen. By the way the neighbors dogs use the tiny patch of grass out front for a toilet. No one picks up. Smell was horrible. Won’t go back.
