Remodeled home with new kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Refrigerated air and central heating and fireplace. Master bedroom has new furniture and new queen size bed. All blankets, sheets and towels are new. Second room has bunk beds and a dresser perfect for children. Third room has a queen size bed with sheets, pillows and blankets. Duplex has new energy efficient windows to maintain perfect temperature inside. Vivint Smart Home allows for self check-in with personalize PIN. Nice outdoor space with view of beautiful sunsets. Why they chose this property
I bought this place completely renovated and furnished it with new furniture. I personally have not used this place much but my guest love the clean modern feel of the space. The backyard offers an opportunity to view the sunset behind the Franklin Mountains.
What makes this property unique
This place is close to the far eastside of El Paso. Most of the homes listed are near Ft. Bliss, westside or central. This is a great place for business travelers, long term job assignments and families staying in the area for short or long stays. It is close to 1-10 and loop 375 so you can still get around town very quickly.
